I am locked out (padlock icon with red slash) of all the websites (except gmail) that I use all the time. I did a “refresh Firefox” but that did not help. What could have caused this all of a sudden? HELP!

None of my pw managers are working on Firefox now. They use to. The extensions are in place. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the managers. I have reviewed the settings in Firefox and notice nothing that would stop any of the managers to work. They allow for the email to be populated but the actual passwords will not. And as I said this is the same for any of the password managers I have, i.e., not just one. Should I uninstall Firefox?

Hi! A few days ago, I changed from Windows 10 to Windows 11. After that I cannot scroll on somewebsites that obvious have more content to show, it is a static webbpage that is shown. The size on the screen i 100 percent. This have never happened before, when I had Windows 10 and is a problem. I have to change to Edge to get access to the whole webpage. What do I have to do?

I use to be able to open a new Tab and automatically get the home page to appear, now it seems that I either get a generic Firefox home page or a blank one. This is not what I want nor need, if it was I would have chosen it. What is the point of having a home page if you cannot use it??? Having the home page icon now becomes a special icon for a page one just likes to use every time they open a new tab that you have to click on every time you need it. It just happens to be EVERY TIME I open a new tab.

The "Digital Advisor" page on vanguards website (after logging in) seems to default to a white background even when in dark mode, resulting in the page being unreadable due to the light gray/off-white text. It seems to only be on the digital advisor page, though. When viewing other accounts or sections, dark mode seems to work correctly.

I am disabled and have been using Dragon for writing and reading for more than 20 years. With the new update I cannot install the Dragon extension into Firefox and the longer. This means I will be no longer able to use Firefox as my web browser. This means I will be going to another editor! This is a shame because I've used Firefox even before it was Firefox! (Netscape)

I stopped using LastPass a couple of years ago due to them having security issues. I use Pocket and have used them for a number of years. I received an email from Pocket saying they were migrating to Firefox and in order to access what I saved to Pocket in the past, I need to use Firefox. I downloaded Firefox and LastPass is not letting me log in. I use BitWarden as my password manager. I tried accessing Firefox with the sign in and password that I used in the past but LastPass keeps giving me an error message.

I've downloaded and installed and updated Firefox on a new windows 11 PC - and I have a perfectly working installation on my (old) windows 10 Machine, so I'm well used to the browser! I've downloaded, installed and enabled three core, up-to-date addons: IDM, Adaware and Internet downlad helper: however NONE of them show on the toolbar and none of them function. And I've tried (I hope) all internet-search-suggested remedies such as reset Firefox etc. ad nauseam. All without success....

When logged in to the Shopify Website (admin page) using Firefox browser, attempt to click any link on the page automatically makes the page disappear and re-loops to my Login Page. I've worked with Shopify's Tech team and their investigation suggested...1st-remove cookies and cache on Firefox (did not work), 2nd-they tested their site and came back with no problems, everything works, 3rd-Try using Google Chrome browser to see if I would experience same problem of re-looping to my Login Page, everything works...no-re-looping to my Login Page and every link on the page works. On Shopify's Tech team recommendation as well as my desire to remain with Firefox browser, I need to get this problem of "page disappearing/re-looping to Login Page" on Shopify website fixed. I don't know how to do this. Login - 0b799d.myshopify.com I have reviewed some of the voluminus content on Mozilla Firefox's site and am totally confused with all the jargon/technical nomenclature. If I want to read a Pocket article, it asks me to sign in to Firefox. When I put in my user name, it does not advance beyond this page: https://accounts.firefox.com/oauth/signin?client_id= . . . I'm guessing that it may be allowing cookies, but it looks like cookies for Firefox and Mozilla are being allowed. Can you assist so I can save a Pocket story?

Hello, I have an account with you and thought you would save all my data, bookmarks, etc... I had to RESET my computer, and when I signed back into my FF account, all my bookmarks were deleted. Help please.

When filling out forms in Firefox, it offers to autofill everything - first, middle, and last name, home address, credit card info, just now it even showed it has my social security number. When I go into Settings/Privacy & Security/Forms and Autofill, and click to view Saved Addresses/Saved Credit Cards, there are no entries to edit or remove. Why does Firefox have this info saved, and how can I remove it?

Firefox randomly freezes when i try and open a website or do anything then will load forever. Can not open a new tab as it will just load forever when i try and open a website. Only fix is to open and close it.

My Firefox browser has been crashing for several weeks. I have been a Firefox user for quite some time now but never experienced anything like this. This happens at least a couple of times a day. I have refreshed the Firefox app on my computer, tried turning off the extensions for a while (I use 2 add blockers), but nothing seems to fix the issue. I'd hate to switch to another browser but this is getting very frustrating.

I'd appreciate any help you could provide.

I use 50+ Add-Ons on Firefox. I would like see all the Add-Ons I gave permission to work in Private Mode, all in one page. Is there a Settings page that shows all Add-On permissions to shown in one place?

So far I've been clicking on each Add-On, one by one. It becomes very tedious to manage them when you have no other choice.
