Could someone please help me with this issue? I have been using Mozilla Firefox over 15 years on Windows and it's my default browser. I have Windows 7 professional. I never had any issues with Mozilla till I just deleted one of my YouTube accounts after discovering that I have, over the years, accidentally created too many accounts. Immediately after deleting the YouTube account, the YouTube website no longer loads on Mozilla Firefox. I keep getting the same error message that is just a blank white page with a monkey in the center holding a hammer that just says "something went wrong", with no information why it does not work. Screenshot did not want to upload to this message. However, YouTube still loads and works normally on other browsers. I was able to make changes to my other YouTube account on Google Chrome and it works without any issues. I tried restarting my PC and clicking on old YouTube links saved in my Mozilla browser history that used to work prior to deleting the YouTube account, but keep getting the same error message with a monkey. I also tried clicking on hyperlinks for YouTube videos posted on my channel, but they open on the monkey error page and don't load the YouTube website, despite the videos playing normally in YouTube on Google Chrome. I'm at my wits' end. I tried searching for help on the Mozilla discussion forums, but have not found any topic even similar to my issue. Any help that anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm a music teacher and will need to post videos to YouTube for several of my students' upcoming piano contests and this issue really has me concerned. Thank you so much for your time and help!

After downloading the latest Firefox browser, YouTube display has changed radically and became very small in size. Is this due to a change in my browser or did YouTube revamp their pages. The type size in font size 5. I can't read it. Please advise. Thank you.

When I use Waipu.TV in Firefox I first do not see the Video, then I click in the screen and see the movie until the mouse moves, the screen is not fully black, I can still see the Waupu.tv frame but not the video, using full screen is the same, what can I do about it? Thanks Elkie : )

Why is FireFox unable to open this Anthem website?

I am using Firefox with Default Search Engine set to Duck Duck Go. I seem to be unable to connect to duckduckgo.com be it either through typing my search in the address bar or duckduckgo.com. All I get is: "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site." Internet connection seems fine (no trouble connecting to other sites). Sometimes clearing "Cached Web Content" helps but it is troublesome to clear cache after each browser restart. How can I get the Duck to work with the Fox?

I am continuing to have issues going to this web site. www.goldtonemusicgroup.com/goldtone. Works great on chrome but firefox fails miserably. The page needs to be downsized and when you click on a link it may open it but it may be behind it but I am never able to get to it. I think possibly the last update something must have messed up. I used to be able to load it but not anymore. I have to use another browser to work with this web site. Other web sites seem to be ok. Thanks for any info.

There is a 360 degree Pano in a Iframe and once in a modal Poup Windows. All other Browser show it correct, only firerfox dosent

I have been invited to renew the Norton protection on my desktop computer in 5 days. The increase in the cost is approximately 20% on last year's subscription with the advice that it will treble at the following renewal. This has made me wonder whether, or to what degree, the protection provided by Norton Lifelock may be unnecessary due to my using Firefox for my browsing.

I have Ublock, Enhancer For Youtube, Facebook Container & Ghoshtery icons on my toolbar.

I am not very computer literate, so if anyone is able to suggest an alternative way of protecting my computer, please take this into consideration.

I accept that due to my limited knowledge of computers some people may on balance think that it is best that I renew with Norton rather than risk compromising my computer security due to my lack of computer expertise - and if that is what people think it would still be good to receive the reassurance that I am probably already using the best product for me.

Last year I let the subsription lapse rather than pay at the invited amount that I think was over £60. A few days later I received another email inviting me to subscribe at circa £20.

I have an account with a company which deals with international money transfers. I have used this account for several years. Recently I have been unable to login (presumably because Firefox has issues with the website) and on calling the company they say I should "try using Google Chrome". I am unhappy about this - I prefer not to use a "commercial" browser and I'm particularly unhappy about using some part of the Google organisation. Please advise BTW every time I open Windows I get an invitation to use Microsoft Edge as my default browser - I thought companies were not permitted to "push" their products like this. Hello, I have a problem with the screen share pop up that appears when a website tries to access the screen. When I try to share the entire screen on Google Meet, as soon as I click Share screen > Full screen, the button grays out and nothing is shared. The pop up that allows you to select the screen to share never opens.

The only way to reset Meet's "Share screen" button is by exiting and joining the Google Meet room again. I've checked that meet.google.com's screen permission is set to "Always ask" and not "Blocked". How can I fix this problem?
