Hi, I’m facing a strange issue with my website https://boothcool.net. It works perfectly on Chrome and other browsers, but on Firefox, it randomly stops loading and just shows a blank white page. No error, no message just a completely blank screen.

I usually check my website regularly by reloading it multiple times a day to ensure everything is functioning properly. Today, when I tried doing the same in Firefox, the site stopped responding. I thought it could be a temporary internet or server issue, so I restarted Firefox and tried again, but the same blank page appeared.

To confirm, I opened the website in Chrome and other browsers, and it loaded without any problem. I also contacted my hosting provider to check if there was a server-side issue, but they confirmed everything was working fine on their end.

I even followed a few guides from Firefox support, including this one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1231445 — but unfortunately, nothing helped in resolving the problem.

I’ve attached a screenshot for reference—you can see the blank page issue clearly.

Would appreciate if anyone can help me understand what might be causing this on Firefox.

We are a training organization with an e-learning platform and today our content created under Genialy is no longer accessible if you use your browser.

With other browsers like Edge or Chrome the content is easy to read.

When I log into my Outlook Web account, after putting in username and password, it sends me a verification number to my phone. When I put that number it the screen says "Logging out of Microsoft Outlook" and then takes me to the logged out screen. This was working fine until the last update of Firefox, and it works fine in the Duck Duck Go browser. It also works on my Android Cell phone.

I have been having an issue with Firefox opening certain websites and unfortunately my self and other friends are forced to use Chrome. It is even difficult to contact anyone at Mozilla on this issue. If we Mozilla doesn't show concern we will easily make the complete transition over to Chrome. This is the fourth time I asked for help and have tried trouble shooting the issue from posts listed. We are sick and tired of trying to get this issue resolved and have been with Firefox for over ten years. Does anyone at Mozilla care? No phone numbers, no direct contact? Why the hiding? Obviously we are all pissed off about this issue.

Dear Team,

ANZ Bank (Australia) no longer works with Firefox. I troubleshooted with ANZ and they say the issue is with my browser. I have the latest version of Firefox, and I have cleared my cache & history a few times. I have attached a screen shot of where the landing page hangs. The loading circle keeps rotating, but it never loads any further.

Safari & Chrome both load the page fine with no issues.

Just letting you know in case you can sort this out.

I go onto google. I search for an image, select the "tools" tab and I attempt to click on any of the options (like image size, for example). The tabs simply don't work. I opened Microsoft Edge and did the same exact thing and it worked. Guys, if Google doesn't work on this browser reliably - you guys are officially in last place for quality. I've cleared my cache, cleared cookies, FireFox is up-to-date, I restarted my PC. I shouldn't have to go through a hassle for something this *simple*. I used to love Mozilla, but y'all keep breaking things. Chrome is no issue, Edge is even faster now. What's the point of using this junk? YouTube pages have been freezing as well. Ima have to switch browsers and I'm definitely going to make sure no one I know sticks with FireFox.

Until a week or two ago, Amazon Prime Video worked without a problem on my Firefox browser. Now I cannot get Prime Video to open any show, nor can I access previous episodes of any show. I tried removing all my add-ons, including all my ad blockers and making Prime Video an exception to the enhanced Firefox browser feature. Nothing worked. System: Windows 10 x64 Ich habe Firefox komplett neu installiert. Es ist kein Benutzerkonto synchronisiert, das Profil ist komplett leer. Vor der Neuinstallation habe ich alle drei Mozilla-Ordner in AppData (Roaming, Local, LocalLow) gelöscht und den PC neu gestartet.

Leider besteht folgendes Problem weiterhin:

Wenn ich auf https://www.google.de/maps/ gehe und ganz unten rechts auf „Feedback zu Produkt(en) geben“ klicke, und anschließend auf „Straße hinzufügen oder korrigieren“, dann lädt es unendlich – es passiert nichts.

Ich hatte gehofft, dass das Problem nach der Neuinstallation behoben ist, aber es besteht weiterhin. In anderen Browsern (z. B. Chrome oder Edge) funktioniert es sofort und ich kann direkt Straßen auswählen.

Ich bin ratlos und hoffe auf Ihre Unterstützung.

Anbei der Konsolen-Text aus den Firefox-Entwicklerwerkzeugen, nachdem ich den Fehler erneut ausgelöst habe. Benötigen Sie noch weitere Informationen oder Logs von mir, um das Problem besser untersuchen zu können?

Hello Firefox Support,

System: Windows 10 x64 I have completely reinstalled Firefox. No user account is synced, the profile is completely fresh. Before reinstalling, I deleted all three Mozilla folders from AppData (Roaming, Local, LocalLow) and restarted my PC.

Unfortunately, the issue still persists:

When I go to https://www.google.de/maps/ and click “Send feedback” at the bottom right, then select “Add or fix a road”, it loads endlessly — nothing happens.

I had hoped reinstalling Firefox would fix it, but the issue remains. In other browsers (e.g., Chrome or Edge), it works instantly, and I can select roads without any problem.

I’m out of ideas and would really appreciate your support.

Attached is the console text from the Firefox Developer Tools, captured right after reproducing the issue. Do you need any additional logs or details from me to investigate this further?

My ISP is VirginMedia and I use their Webmail system for all of my email requirements.

I have FireFox set to download new versions when issued and upgrade when my machine is rebooted.

I rebooted yesterday and the new version FireFox (v138.0.1 (64bit)) was installed.

When I checked my mail later on I got the message:

   Error: Failed to load messages.  Retry.

And that has remained the same for more than 24 hours; none of my folders are accessible and I have been unable to send mail; I have 44 messaqes in my Inbox and 2 in my Spam folder.

I contacted Virgin's Tech Support earlier this evening and they were unable to find any faults at their end, and they suggested trying another browser (which I was loathe to do since FireFox has been my choice for more years than I care to remember ~~ but I bit the bullet and installed Opera - and found that I was able to access my webmail and all of its' folders at Virgin.

Please tell me that there'a fix on the way, I don't want to switch from FFox and nor do I want to run two browsers at the same time.

I have a program up on cookingasmedicine.thinkific.com where students can go into my course and play videos. Everyone else can get the videos to play except me (the teacher) form my Lenovo computer. It used to work as I created the course with videos working. I can however see them operate on Internet Explorer! I have tried every setting, cookies, cache, etc. Nothing changes! This happened suddenly after an update about a year ago, it's been that long that I've been trying to get videos going again!

I called Thinkific and they can not recreate the video problem on their end - it's just my computer it seems. Other students using FireFox can see the videos as well - just not ME! It can't be my computer since I have been able to see the videos with no problems for years using this same computer. Now, I have to switch over to Edge or Internet Explorer in order to see the videos in my class program. Even if I uploaded new ones, they just won't play for me on my desktop. Thank you. I have used Firefox for many years and been most satisfied. However, for the last several days when I click to load one of my bookmarked You Tube pages, I get a blank screen except for a shaded 3-line menu and three circles, none of which are responsive. If I click to the home You Tube page I get a shaded outline of the videos but no images and the shaded spots do not respond.

I have cleared cookies and site data and temporary files several times, which will allow me access to ONE You Tube channel, but if I click to another, the same blank screen appears and I cannot return to my accessed channel, it also has blanked out.

Quite puzzled about this, every other site I frequent works perfectly well on Firefox, but You Tube does not. However, You Tube works PERFECTLY WELL on Microsoft Edge and, I suspect, other browsers, so I do not think it is a problem on their end.

Please advise what the next step(s) should be.

I apologize if the topic is incorrect, but I didn't know which applied to my situation the best.

Starting on Monday of this week (4/28/2025), YouTube no longer loads properly on Firefox for me. The entire page is covered in video slots with no videos and if I try using a link to a specific video, it will take me to the page, however the video will not load or play, additionally any other elements such as comments or suggested videos will not load. I am using the latest version of Firefox Developer Edition.

I have tried all of the following:

  • disabling all of my add-ons
  • clearing cache, cookies, and history
  • uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox
  • logging in and out of YouTube
  • Reaching out to YouTube (they told me to just use Chrome)

I have asked my friend who also uses Firefox and YouTube works fine for him, so I'm not sure exactly what is making it not work.
