Log in web Firefox account never works

When I try to log into the Firefox account it say user or password is not correct. I changed it serveral times but it works fine with the sync plugin. Some accounts made … (閱讀更多)

When I try to log into the Firefox account it say user or password is not correct. I changed it serveral times but it works fine with the sync plugin. Some accounts made before 2010 may have login issues as described, so perhaps this is the problem, what can I do to solve this?

Can't get into my Firefox account, I lost my username and password. I.ve been using the browser for a long time now and never had to go into it. An e-mail confirmation was supposed to be sent me, but I never received. Thanks for your help. Carlton

My email address is valid but email is returned. What should I do?

I'm pretty sure emails to that account are not bouncing. Could you please unlock my account so that I can access my sync account through THAT email, which actually accepts emails as I've tested many times? (For example, this mozilla account is linked to the same email address, for which I received a confirmation email from Mozilla itself a few minutes ago)

Hello, I have been waiting for a verification email from Firefox Sync. I'm logging in through Firefox on another computer. The email address is a standard Earthlink.net one, and I have checked all folders, including Spam. I'm actively sending and receiving messages, so there's nothing wrong with that account.

Since you give a non-email address to add to my Thunderbird address book, I dug though dozens of other answers until I found something that might work. You state in one answer, "Try adding accounts.firefox.com to your list of allowed senders to keep your email provider from blocking the email". Proofreading?

I want to sync frpom my old XP computer to my "new" Win 7, but this is a real pain. Some of your answers to this suggest that this has been a problem for over 1 year. Any solution in sight? Does Firefox Sync still exist?

I was trying to make a comment on the Firefox addons site when I get stopped for invalid Email address or user name and password. I think it was tied into the time when the "sync" business started. I don't use Sync at all.

I have been trying to get around this for over a year. There's something I try to do and I don't have any email address - password combination that works. So, I clicked the "forgot my password" place and entered my email address.

A few minutes later, I got a reset email that said "Click the button within the next hour to set a new password for your Firefox Account." I could not find any button in the email to click on. I tried clicking on the orange Firefox button on the title bar but that didn't help. I've done this several times over the months.

Can someone tell me what button the reset message is saying to click, and where it is?

A suggestion, Can't the wizards come up with a single entry portal for all things Mozilla or, at least, by application, Firefox, Thunderbird, Sea Monkey, etc,etc? I'll bet that most people are using the same password for all the logons.

Just moved and signed up with AT&T. Cannot access FireFox.

I do not know my password

Firefox keeps sending "New sign-in to Firefox" emails,but fails to start syncing.

I cannot just get sync to start. It continuously asks to confirm the SignIn, when tried to sync. Then it keeps sending "New sign-in to Firefox" every time it asks to sign… (閱讀更多)

I cannot just get sync to start. It continuously asks to confirm the SignIn, when tried to sync. Then it keeps sending "New sign-in to Firefox" every time it asks to sign in again.

The menu-window always just shows "Reconnect to sync..." After clicking it, it opens: about:preferences#sync There is "Sign in to continue". I sign in with the correct user+pass, it sends Email "New sign-in to Firefox", and goes to about:preferences#sync There again it asks "Please sign in to reconnect user@email" and it shows a pop-up window "Sync, enabled, Firefox will begin syncing momentarily."

... and that continues over and over again, email-box is getting new "New sign-in to Firefox" every time and it annoyingly refuse to start to sync.

The syncing with that firefox-account works with Android phone and Android-tablet, but not with Firefox v50.1.0 in Fedora Linux.

No proxies are in use. No NoScript-extension. uMatrix extensions has "enable everyting from *".

When I successfully signed in to my Firefox account my verification email bounce and I got this message on screen, "The confirmation email we sent to photo@tonymharris.com was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data." My emails are forwarded and have been since I made the account. I also read that this is a known bug, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1162504#answer-974430. Is there anyway this can be fixed without making a new account? Thank you
