On my other Laptop with my other account I experience weird Problems. I tried to report, that I couldn´t zoom in Maps with my mousepad only on Mozilla, but there was no option to answer a question. I was send into endless loops. I tried to report it, nothing worked. So I thought there was an error but now get this cracy message: "Bitte ... bitte: Unsere Hilfeartikel sind keine Spielwiese, sondern sollen unseren Lesern helfen. Wenn also kein sinnvoller Beitrag zur Verbesserung eines Artikels geliefert wird, bitte nicht auf die Schaltfläche "Zur Überprüfung einreichen" klicken, denn dadurch wird intern eine ganze Reihe von Vorgängen ausgelöst." I wanted to report that I was denied posting a question repeatedly and that there was a possible error. Why this answer a month later

You could make it a simple process to delete empty bookmark tags. Surely you have top computer people working for Mozilla

Or at least get an expert from somewhere to come up with a solution to people that are not very computer savvy. So frustrating. What is even more frustrating I have no confidence that you will not be able to come up with solution.

When I signed up for Mozilla Privacy I didn't see there was a $99 charge; I thought it was just a new feature. I don't want it for $99. How can I cancel and get a refund?

Once a week or so, Firefox crashes unexpectedly. The popup indicates its alerting Microsoft of the crash, but apparently not notifying Mozilla.

Once such a crash occurs, I close Firefox. Reopening it results in a crash shortly after all tabs open and I click on something (usually 3 or 4 tabs are open). No matter how many times I let Firefox close and then I reopen it, the crash recurs. The only recovery is a complete reboot of my PC.

How can I get and submit crash reports to support in hopes of getting a resolution?

I have a firefox account that I use for work, which was created with my personal email address - "email"@"personalDomain".co.uk. When I try to log in using it I get a message saying that "personalDomain.co.uk" is not a valid email address. How can I log into my account which was created using this email address? The email address is valid and active, and I do have access to it.

Hello, The bar at bottom of my home screen is missing. The whole bar is gone. This bar had the windows icon with start-up menu, Power, button etc. That bar also included date and time, and other features. Once, I clicked the bottom of the screen and it came up for one second, but disappeared. How can I retrieve it? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hello, Yesterday I opened Firefox and found that websites were loading very slowly, to the point where some websites would time me out. This is only occurring on Firefox, I checked Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome, they both worked fine. I am running Windows 10, and the latest version of Firefox I have run a clean reinstall and still no dice.

The layout of YouTube was different from before. In the past, after the YouTube video was over. The MAIN WINDOW within YouTube page would showed two rows of recommendations. Now there is only one row with great amount of black-out space at top and bottom. Any suggestion to tune it to the usual two rows?
