Dzień dobry, po zmianie urzadzenia (PC) pomimo tego ze na starym urzadzeniu zawsze byłem zalogowany do Firefoxa (synchronizacja byla automatyczna), to na nowym urządzeniu po zalogowaniu nie mam dostepu do wczesniej zapisanch zakladek oraz haseł. Prosze o pomoc, pozdrawim D.

I had to re-installed from 0 my windows. I was sure my Firefox account had all my passwords and logins because I had problems in the past regarding this. Installed Firefox into my new fresh windows. Hit the Sync bottom. Lastly, remove the old Firefox account login from old windows (for safety).

Now I checked password, 0 passwords saved.....

I am trying to re-sync but nothing happens...

All my saved passwords are missing. I am synced and logged into an Android phone. I usually use an iphone but have not checked syncing there yet, or on a computer/laptop.

I have profiles on desktop , i had enabled sync in all profiles when the feature was first introduced. the account icon always showed that it is syncing , but in the sync tab , no visited tab list appears of any profile in both the desktop .,, i installed firefox on the android today to check synchronization but its tabs never show in desktop profile and the android tells last synchronization never....neither the desktop tabs appear in android history

Hi,

I changed my password in my Mozilla account and now I can no longer sync my firefox for android.

I scan the QR code and on my android screen proceeded normal and asking me to confirm but in my desktop I get an error.

"General application error Something went wrong. Try again later."

I also tried in safe mode with no luck.

What to do now?

I use collections with Firefox on my Android phone but cant sync them with my Windows laptop. I'm told I need to sign in to Mozilla to use collections on my laptop. Having signed into Mozilla my collections are empty meaning my Firefox collections are not syncing with either Firefox OR Mozilla, Is there a way to automatically keep them in sync?

Under sync settings I see no option to sync collections. TIA

Hi! I recently lost my old laptop and I'm trying to setup my new laptop without a backup. I was logged into my mozilla account on my old browser before I lost it, but I'm not seeing any of my old tabs, bookmarks, and extensions from my old browser syncing to my new browser. Is there anything I can do to retrieve this data without having access to my old laptop? Thank to anyone who can help!

I have a firefox account but I'm trying to move my bookmarks from one computer to the next. I created a firefox account but nothing moved. How can I get my bookmarks to another computer?

I can't get open tabs to sync from my other computer. Bookmarks synced and other info but I don't see anything about tabs from other devices. I've synced both ends, both are logged in and I've selected open tabs in both. Nothing,

i had to restore windows 10 (some things weren't working at all after some maintenance) i performed the restore with the option to keep the files i then installed firefox logged into my google account via gmail page then in firefox itself to restore bookmarks and everything else (same google account)(i had to reset the password via google account) now i dont get all the things saved/synced: no bookmarks, no passwords, extensions, etc. please help

Lately I installed a new PC, and tried to download FireFox and sync my data. But my data seems like a few years ago, not as new as another PC I have now. I'm sure I have logged in with same account on them, how's this happend?

I reinstalled the operating system, so to speak, changed my device. I clicked the sync button and it worked. I reinstalled the operating system and reinstalled the browser. I logged in, nothing happened. I rebooted, nothing changed. I clicked sync, everything was the same. Where are my bookmarks and passwords?

I follow the instructions on how to Sync and save data on my mobile, but there is no option in the options as described. I am logged in on both the phone and desktop.

I created an account on an old PC, in the account it is visible as kos-work-note, now I am on a new kos-ltop, and there is no data at all in the browser, why is that?
