Hi. I need help. I was work in company Zanzarra. I haved corporated email '[edited] @zanzarra.com'. Today i not work in Zanzarra, and access to account not found. [edited] @zanzarra.com - this primary email, [edited] @gmail.com - this second email.

Please change primary email to [edited] @gmail.com . I used account to brouser data (Bookmarks, history). Thanks.

I used the password manager feature years and go to it probably 5+ times a week. I went to look for a password today and there are only 5 accounts in there. Trying not to panic I went to my computer to see if it was just my iOS device that wasn't showing them all for some reason, but only the same five accounts are in there too. When I first setup my ipad, all the accounts in the password vault sync'd but they all showed empty so I never bothered looking them up on there. I'm wondering if somehow the ipad's failed sync caused all the other passwords to be corrupted and removed from my account somehow. The 5 accounts I do have are all new accounts I've made over the past month, and I've used it a ton since the old ones. Any ideas for how I could get them back?

Tomorrow I will help a friend update their unsupported Linux OS to the most current version of the OS. The present version of Firefox is 88. Firefox could not update I assume because of the age of the OS.

My concern is porting everything correctly from the old to the new version of Firefox. If I setup sync, will it restore his passwords and add-ons in addition to his bookmarks?

If not is there a good way to do it?

i have lost everything from my sync after reinstalling windows and reconnecting to my firefox account, i keep pressing sync now and nothing happens, firefox is the only thing i used for saving my passwords and everything, this is a desperate cry for help

Hello! I synced my browsing data yesterday by signing in to firefox account and reset my OS(window 10) to improve my laptop's speed. When I am trying to get back my browsing data back after resetting and installing firefox by signing in to my firefox account and pressing the Sync Now button then its not giving me my browsing data back. Why is it so? Need Help. Thank You!!

I have 3 computers (2 desktops, 1 laptop). I want to permanently delete approx 300 unused/unneeded passwords. I deleted them from computer #1, then logged out of Firefox. The new count was 346 passwords.

I went to the second computer, deleted approx the same number from computer #2. The new count was 324 passwords I returned to computer # 1 and logged back into Firefox.

Within a short time, computer #1 is at 759 passwords, and computer 2 is at 691 passwords.

How do I get the deletions to be permanent? It's the second pass at doing this and I'm FRUSTRATED.

I had to reinstall windows and it wipe Firefox.i didn't know my password so I resetted it. Problem is it wiped all my data. Didn't know changing passwords for forefox would so this. Anyway I can get them back?

I have enabled Firefox Sync between my laptop and my Android. When I go to the manage history tab on my laptop, the history of both my laptop and phone is shown but without the device the tab was viewed on. Is there a way to filter history based on which device I viewed on?

I used Firefox Sync when I bought my new computer and it worked perfectly. This time, I had to reset my computer and forgot my password. Using my account associated email, I reset my password and my information was gone.

i had to rebuild my laptop computer and set up firefox on it, set up/turned on sync and the browser does NOT match the broswer srttings on the desktop where the sync comes from. bookmarked weblink icons only show up when a new tab is opened and vanish once a website is opened, icons for bookmarked weblinks on the bookmarks bar are generic wireframe globe-like-icons only, the custom firefox colour setup i struggled to create over the course of several weeks does not appear at all, nor does the dark theme. how then do i get this to -really- syc???

On Wednesday, 12/6, I got a new work computer. FYI--both old and new computers are Dell laptops using Windows.

So on Tuesday 12/5, I had synched everything--Bookmarks, History, Open tabs, everything. I checked to make sure everything had synched because I knew I didn't want to lose my info.

After I had done that, I also signed out and deleted the history from that old device because it said that wouldn't affect the synched information.

On the new device, I haven't been able to access everything from that sync. I can see that most of my Bookmarks are there but the Open Tabs are nowhere to be found.

In "Connected Service", I see my old device listed but it says the last sync from that device was 4 months ago (that is definitely not the case).

When I look under "re-open all tabs" in Settings it only shows what I've opened on this new device (mostly Help topics trying to figure this out!)

Is there anyway to get back to the most recent sync? Especially but not only the Open Tabs?
