I am using Firefox on Win 11, recently I have noticed a weird problem, on Ebay for example when a listing uses a drop down selection box for sizes, amounts etc none of them work for me, I click on the box and down arrow but nothing. I also went on to the Vodafone site to top up my phone but I was unable to do it as the drop down box to select the amount was empty. I have tried clearing my cache and even reloading Firefox but nothing seems to work, I just tried using Edge as well but its the same, suggesting that its maybe something to do with my settings?

Starting this morning Firefox is not letting me log in to some pages. Other pages i can get into but they do not display/load properly. Everything was working fine on Friday. What changed?

What in the actual hell is going on? Since when did this become a problem? Website ends with .to instead of .com but this has literally never caused me any problems on this machine and I've been using the same extensions/add-ons since I bought it. It's been at least 3-4 years. Windows 11 24H2 (latest update) Firefox Version 140.0.2 (latest update) No settings have been changed, aside from my updating the browser and/or my operating system. Please help.

BROKEN AMAZON WEBSITE ON FIREFOX

I cannot use Firefox if I want to use Amazon. There is writing on the website but nothing remotely like their normal website. No pictures or graphics, just words. I have attached a screenshot to give you some idea. The picture is small so maybe you can enlarge it. Thank you.

For about a week now, every time I try to share something to a friend of family member - all I get is the rotating circle in the messenger window that pops up. If I cut-n-paste the URL to the thing I want to share, it works fine in messenger......

Where do i go to see if rumbletalk.net and rumbletalk.com is "white listed"??

7/06/2025 UPDATE: well now there isnt even a Rumle chat window showing. On July 2nd there was a blank square for the chat convo, but now there's nothing about a chat even available. There's an ad there where the chat window was.

I'm thinking that the last update changed this. I tried Crome but there's not chat there either. Help groups say I need to make sure rumble.com and rumble.net are "white listed"..... WHERE do I find this setting???

I cannot open a You Tube videa yjat's potrayrd on my IMac;s scree whin usinf Firefow. I Get a blam You Tibe page what includes yjr word "Sunscribe:. I reied hittig Sunscribe and still no response. I do not have this problem usinf other Browsers.

Hello, everytime I try and upload a video on YouTube with firefox, the video gets stuck at 0% processing,

This never happened in my 4 years of youtube and recently (a few weeks ago) this starting happening. I use firefox to stricly upload videos, and use chrome to browse with my other account casually.

Now Im forced to upload using chrome but I want to still use Firefox to upload videos. anybody know why this is happening? I've cleared cache serveral times and it still won't work. I have no adblockers etc.

Since the last Firefox update, I’ve noticed that many websites load as a blank white page on the first attempt. The only way to get the content to appear is by refreshing the page manually (Ctrl+R).

This happens randomly on both static and dynamic websites — sometimes even on Firefox’s own support pages. I’ve already tried:

Clearing cache and cookies

Disabling all extensions

Running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode

But the issue still occurs. No errors in the console either.

Is this a known issue with a recent update? Or could it be related to hardware acceleration, DNS, or caching settings?

Would appreciate any advice or similar experiences!

I am unable to get access to my Gmail accounts. Every time I select a bookmark link to Google email I get server time out error pages. I have looked at Windows 10(64) Firewall settings and I do not find anything blocking Firefox from accessing the internet(Inbound or Outbound Rules) are set to allow. NordVPN is not set to block any program or connection. I have never seen anything block access to Google.com or any related pages within Google. HELP Please!

Recently I have been unable to go to websites where I have had accounts for years. I can no longer access sites like Chewy, Etsy, and even Pinterst. On the latest failure to sign in to Etsy the message I got is "Please enable JS and disable any ad blocker" I don't want to learn another browser. Please understand I'm a senior so not as savy as you young folks. My Firefox browser is 140.0 so it is up to date
