Hello, Reinstalled Windows 10 and Outlook 2010 as the default email program. Firefox does not recognize Outlook to send links, and Outlook does not show up as a choice for sending links. Suggestions? Thank you.

I am no longer able to send an article or something downloaded from the internet, via the email option offered, because I just get my own email sign-in box in the past and I want to be able to use this option again. Please tell me if there is a setting that's been changed. Thanks.

I believe there was a button to send a url link by email on Firefox. I tried to find that button everywhere, but I still can't find it and it didn't even get to an answer for this by asking questions on Mozilla website. Could you kindly guide me where to find that button?

When on a web page, if I would like to share that page with someone I go to the top of FireFox browser window, top left corner, left click on File , go down to Email Link... and left click on it.

Previous to two days ago it always opened my Gmail client and prefilled my information, subject and URL of the page and then I typed in the recipient's address.

Now it no longer shows the same window, it does not show the sent from information. Also it is sending from my wife's email address, which is hidden.

I use Firefox as my browser (have since it was first release many many years and computers ago). I'm not if this is an issue with other browsers.

I can print most pages on Amazon, but some special pages I can't print. Example, I initiated a Return and when it got to the confirmation page I can not print it to have a hard copy on hand. It will show two blank pages in print preview except for text header and footer (which are checked in options), but nothing else. It will not print anything except blank pages with the headers and footers. Cleared print settings in about:support, tried printing with system dialog, tried printing it to a PDF and even tried a couple FF addons with no luck.

Certain pages on Amazon seem to inject something to prevent printing. I remember running across something similar a while back on another site and gave up. I eventually just screenshot the Amazon return confirmation page and gave up.

How do I get around this and make the page print? Is there some way to force Firefox to print what it's showing me on the page? Is my only option to screenshot it and then print the image?

I used to be able to do this, but now can't find a way to make it happen. Have a site displayed in Firefox that I wanted to pass on to a friend. Yes, I can copy the link and email it, but it used to be done in one step.

I am unable to find an answer (hours on the Internet) to this specific problem that has appeared out of nowhere:

Under File in the Menu Bar the "Email Link..." does not work anymore. If I want to send a thing I'm looking at to my Thunderbird email (and which I use Hover), most often is a You Tube video. But I do this for other things I start reading, but I don't have time for. This has worked for a very long time. It was always so easy. Now when I click on Email Link all I get is a blue circle-I think it rotates sometimes. It disappears in a second or less. I get nothing.

I do have Windows 11 and up-to-date Firefox. I am fairly sure it continued to work after I got a new computer Nov. 4th with W11 on it. I believe I lost this function within the last 6-8 weeks. Maybe with the new computer, but I don't think so. I'd appreciate it if someone might have a fix or idea about this. I admit my intelligence is not up to the task!

Good afternoon. When I try to send an email link from the Firefox the default comes up with the "New Outlook." I would like to use Outlook Classic as I have in the past. In your default there is now way to choose Outlook Classic only the "New Outlook." Is there a work-around to this. Thank you!
