Good morning, after today's FF update - right click dropdown menus are terrible! Nothing works for me... Opening new windows, new tabs, adding to bookmarks, copying, pasting, etc... How can I turn it off because I can't use it. I need to have a menu like in version 133.0.3. If I can't change it, I will have to change the browser because I can't use it! I have 3 different profiles on my Desktop Firefox, and I'm able to change between them and even set some commands on CLI to switch between them easily, opening one or another.

Now, my question is: How can I do such a thing on mobile? I only linked my main account, and as far as I understood, I cannot link to multiple and switch on demand. Is there any way? Am I missing something?

I checked the tutorial on how to setup profiles and the profile manager doesn't seem to exist on mobile.

After the recent update that added profiles to Firefox I have gotten them working on my personal computer but not on my work pc.

The option for creating profiles showed up once when launching the browser but I had to dismiss it at the time. Now I can't find the option to create profiles any more, I have followed the guides that mozilla have put out but the option physically is not there.

I have also tried reinstalling Firefox but that also did not work.

I was interested in seeing how the profiles worked so I clicked yes to creating one, but once I set another one up I realised I would have to use a separate Mozilla account on it and I would prefer to keep everything on one browser and account. I tried to delete the profiles but it said it would delete all my bookmarks and data, is there any other way to hit undo or something and go back to the way it was before (without profiles)?

Hello sir/ ma, please help me resolve this issue of unable to reach a particular site called " nimc selfservice modification site" this i have been having access to before.

Recovered files and data from a failed M.2 SSD onto a USB. Did a clean install including reinstallation of Firefox on the failed machine. How do I recover the Firefox profile from the recovery USB so it can be transferred onto the restored machine?

Firefox says profile is missing. I found default profile under C:\Users\19pro\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles. How do I restore it to Firefox?

I can not get into my Yahoo Email account. When I log in it says, "Something's gone wrong".

Do I have to be logged into an account to use profiles? I'm on my work computer on which I don't log into my account and "Profiles" option does not show up on my toolbar.

I am managing some linux servers in schools.

Actualy a lot of users are working with firefox.

Depending on how the user is working with firefox, the profil may reclaims a lot of disk space.

Is there a tool working like :

firefox_cleaning_tool /path_of_profile /options xxx

with some options like : cache / etc...

For exemple : the tool flushes profiles caches files and user have no action to do to continue using firefox as usual

this kind of tool should run every month (ie with crontab)

Is there a way to do that ?

I can manual flush some folders contents but I am afraid to do mistakes.

I imported my bookmarks.json from another computer, via e.mail as I have always done for many years and used it to Restore my bookmarks.

As it has happened a few times before the restoring went apparently well and I can find my bookmarks in the Library (via Manage Bookmarks) but the toolbar is still showing the previous content evn after restarting Firefox.

As I have done in previous cases I looked up for the places.sqlite file but could find it.

Here is what I did find:

My question is: "Should I delete </home/arthur/.mozilla/firefox/cajynx3c.default-release/places.sqlite> since there is no such file in the <Profile Group> folder?

started receiving this error message while on musify.club. It lets me in, then after a few moments the pop up comes back with same code. after research, it has been deemed that I'm only party affected but I can get in on other devices with no issues from same wifi network. please advise. win 10 pc user. thanks.

Hi! Firefox now has two profile managers. The old one can be used so that I can open two Firefox instances with different desktop files on Linux with the "-P and --no-remote" command line flags. Is this also possible with the new profile manager in Firefox that came with version 138, which is similar to Chrome's? With Chrome this can be done with the "--profile-directory" command line flag. Can't find information about this. /Regards
