Firefox periodically says I am "forbidden" to enter my Kaiser website (KP.org). I know what Mozilla recommends as a fix, which is to clear data and cookies. But this creates more problems because I have to re-enter passwords and other settings. This is a problem Mozilla's website reports has been occurring for YEARS! Why can't Mozilla/Firefox fix this? Please tell me there is a better way to fix this problem.

My firefox browser froze and i accidentally sent the crash report. Is there any way to request it to be removed i cant find any form or email to ask for deletion.

I am on endeavourOS (linux). Whenever I try to upload images for a profile picture to sites like youtube or X, the image becomes corrupted and doesn't upload correctly. It did this with whatsapp too and I had to use a separate app for it. Other posts said that disabling "privacy.resistFingerprinting" would fix it, but it's already disabled.

Attached below are an example of this bug and the contents of this image when viewed on a text editor.

I am trying to configure Firefox on macOS to not prompt the user to make it the default browser.

Here's the behaviour I'm seeing:

1. Firefox starts to an `about:blank` tab, however there is a second "Firefox Privacy Notice" tab
2. AppleScript quits Firefox
3. Firefox starts to an `about:blank` tab, however it is now prompting me to make it the default browser

I do not want Firefox to prompt the user to become the default browser.

My ideal scenario is that Firefox starts without the "Firefox Privacy Notice" tab and without prompting me to make it the default browser. From the observed behaviour, this doesn't seem possible.

Can anyone tell me how I can accomplish this without user interaction or MDM?

I am trying to add a password to the password manager for a specific URL like https://example.com/page. However after I save the password it save it to the address https://example.com and removes /page. Is there a way to change this?

Since the update I've had a few issues, most I was able to fix but this one eludes me. Opening up various news sites I get the "Firefox prevented this page from reloading" error at the top and clicking allow does nothing. Anyone know how to get around this error? I'm not looking to totally disable the FF feature that prevents other pages from loading a different one, but just to browse the website after hitting 'allow'.

Hello everyone! I want to see every visit on a site by date and time. But in library of history it offers me to see only last visit by date(for example if i visited a site for example x.com 200 times - i want to see every date and time of every of these 200 visits, but not only recent). hello, i recently went from google browser to firefox, and i want to import my passwords. i did save all my passwords from google browser to .csv file, but when i go to settings>import passwords, it lets me choose the file, i choose my passwords.csv, and then-nothing happens. no loading, browser doesnt stop working, my folder where i choose csv from is just closing, but passwords doesnt import

I am shipping a broken computer back to the manufacturer. I had installed Firefox on it using my Firefox account. Since I have used the Firefox password feature to store all my passwords, I'm concerned that someone at the manufacturer could access my passwords. (The computer refused to boot, so I was not able to scrub it prior to sending it back.) My question is this: if I change the Firefox password on my home desktop, will my passwords on the returned computer be protected?

Why does this pop up make. it past Firefox's blocker. Of course it's a scam also. Always pops up after midnight, I am a Windstream customer and they don't know anything about it but it looks official

If I were to delete my Mozilla account, would I be automatically signed out of both my Mozilla account and my Mozilla Support account across all devices?

Also, when deleting my Mozilla account, is any and all information related to both my Mozilla account and my Mozilla Support account deleted?

bsky.app cookie continues to be loaded on computer even after I continually delete it, privacy set to strict and blocked under "managed exceptions, why is it being reloaded when I don't access the site. None of the sites I access are linked to it, only visited once and if this alternative to x continues to set cookies, how can I permanently block it, thought the exceptions list was supposed to keep blocking it. So far it's come back three times, I'll screenshot it next time and attach.

Hi there, in my settings in firefox: there is a website that refuses to go away from the "Manage Data" section of the "Cookies and Site Data" section of my Firefox settings. I will select to remove all of the cookies ever, and even when I refresh the settings page, or close and restart the App, or turn my computer off and on again, it is still there. Strange! I would like assistance with this.

of note, I've checked w/ third party extensions that manage cookies, and that website doesn't show up when I manage cookies via said extension.

I have MacOS Big Sur, 11.7.10. I have the latest version of Firefox.

I clicked on a link in an email and FF began opening it. It then stopped and gave a message that the site was causing FF to run slow. That was an understatement, as FF never continued and didn't fully open the site. I copied the URL to Chrome and it had no problem quickly opening the site. What do I need to fix in FF to make it happy again? I have a question regarding the permission requests of the Simple Tab Groups extension by Drive4ik.

As I'm sure many of you know, this extension needs to: This add-on needs to:

• Download files and read and modify the browser’s download history
• Monitor extension usage and manage themes
• Display notifications to you
• Access recently closed tabs
• Hide and show browser tabs
• Access browser tabs
• Store unlimited amount of client-side data
• Access your data for all websites

This add-on may also ask to: Read and modify bookmarks

Theoretically, I find this extension useful but I am concerned about the "Access your data for all websites" requirement. I read through Mozilla's permission request messages for Firefox extensions documentation and it seems like granting this extension these permissions would be a huge risk for the work I do– investigative journalism. It seems like I'll trade organizational benefits for a wider attack surface.

Can anyone speak more about the risks involved with using this extension, the trustworthiness of the developer, and why it needs the "Access your data for all websites" capability?

For first time received email from breach-alerts@mozilla.com. Title is: Your monthly Mozilla Monitor report. Is this a scam? Other people have asked this question and Mozilla Firefox company has not made any attempt to answer these serious questions. If I do not hear back from Mozilla Firefox within a week I might remove Mozilla Firefox and use another company.

I have a Yahoo email account and Firefox has the saved password for it. I've changed the password for my Yahoo email account recently. When Firefox prompted me if I want to update the saved password I must have chosen "NO", I don't remember. I stayed logged in the Yahoo email account for a few days after I've changed the password. I've logged out of the Yahoo account. Now I can't log back in because I don't remember the new password I've created.

I'm wondering if Firefox has the new Yahoo email account password saved somewhere in its cache.

OS: Windows 10. Firefox: 127.0.2 (64-bit).
