There is no audio on any website in Firefox only. I'm using Windows 11

1. Numbered list item When a video is playing there used to be an audio icon showing the tab is playing audio, this does not show anymore.
2. Numbered list item Firefox does not appear in the Windows volume mixer
3. Numbered list item The Firefox Task Manager Utility 'Windows Media Framework Audio Decoder is always idle.
4. Numbered list item I've restarted the Windows AudioSrv service and Windows explorer process

Nothing works. Please help.

Firefox just updated to version 120.0 I hadn't used youtube for a while. When I tried to play youtube videos none of them will play, only get a green screen with audio In troubleshooting mode they will play Refreshing firefox does not fix the problem

I used Total Adblock on Firefox for a whole year successfully then suddenly Total Adblock did not work (even after I paid the yearly fee for that service). Then Total Adblock claimed Firefox would not allow/support Total Adblock, BUT WAS WORKING WITH MOZILLA TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. Is this true ?? When, if ever, will Firefox allow/support Total Adblock ? What is the solution to the following problem? PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

This issue has been reported many times. It has been occurring quite frequently, to the point where I've had to abandon Firefox and use a different browser.

Firefox is downloading files directly to my Downloads folder instead of asking despite having turned on every setting that says it should ask first. Under about:preferences I have turned on "Always ask you where to save files" under Downloads, and I have set Applications to "Ask whether to open or save files". I have even gone in to about:config and turned off "browser.download.useDownloadDir", but the files are still going directly to my default folder.

Clicking on Firefox icon to log in I receive following message and gray screen. firefox.exe - Entry Point Not Found " The procedure entry point Flush could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\xul.dll." Followed by another pop-up. "Could not load XPCOM" There was an automatic up-date several days ago and I have had this problem ever since. Is there a fix?

HTTPS://SECURE.SSA.GOV open okay but when go to next page to SIGN-IN, Firefox is blocking it as following/below. What the heck is going on blocking SSA Sign-In after main Website is already open ?!?!?!?!?!

I can go to xfinity email but when trying to access email it will say the service is not available right now. Before the latest firefox update I had no problem with accessing comcast email with Firefox. I can access email thru chrome without a problem. I have cleared cookies and cache but it made no difference. What do you think is going on. Thanks.

When I go to my church website, www.universalist.org, it automatically redirects to www.webhostking.net. How do I stop this? Both Chrome and Microsoft Edge block this redirect.

Hi - Javzscript Enable, though "True", still brings up the error "Enable Javascript". I spent hours on this, but nothing useful was found. Has any one had this problem, and if so, were they able to fix it?

The people who asked this question 3 years ago were given a "chosen solution", which didn't work then. And 3 years later the underlying problem is still not fixed. Last week I tried a new solution which meant messing around with the Firefox settings. And it worked - until the next time I restarted the computer.

I copy and paste in many of my activities, which interact with external websites e.g. discussion groups. The current frustration is a discussion about Adobe, which means copying text from one window to another. It does not happen. Unless this is permanently sorted in the next couple of days, regretfully I shall switch to a workable browser, e.g. Chrome. I cannot afford the waste of time repeatedly researching then not fixing a failing feature.

1) Firefox advertised free apps when you signed up for vpn. However, when I signed up for vpn, I didn't get any apps. Did I do something wrong? Why didn't I get the free apps? 2) I don't seem to be able to add the VPN two other computers. It seems to want to sell me (Again) the VPN. I don't want to buy it again, just add my existing VPN to other computers. 3) I have some Macs that run Parallel's. Do I need to add Firefox VPN do the Windows that is running on Mac. Or, does my Mac Firefox VPN somehow protect the windows without adding a separate VPN on windows?
