I keep getting a 403 error message when trying to access the British Airways website. This is the first time I have encountered this, although it is perhaps 3 years since I last flew BA. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have also tried to access the same ba.com site using Edge - with the same error message. This suggests that the problem may lie with BA. However, they have no technical support that I can reach. So I do not know what to do next. I use Kaspersky anti-virus and Malwarebytes to screen for malware. Help me get my right panel, that dissapeard back to right side where it belongs. It Disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!! My screen is filled them links!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 77 years old and have liked and used firefox for as far back as I can remember. I've read many posts that have said they have the same problem!!!!!!!! I really like Firefox and don't want to switch to another browser, but looks like me and many other dissatisfied customers to do also.

why do my add-ons keep getting disabled?

ff keeps disabling add-ons that i have used for years and even keep a v. 5 to use the older add-ons and use the latest ff developer to use w/ more modern websites. ff even disables add-ons that worked perfectly well in ff developer and does not even give me the opportunity to re-enable them like i could before.

is there any way to force my old version to let ME decide what i want disabled/enabled?

I have a YouTube loading problem, it works on all other browsers except Firefox. When you go to the YouTube homepage, the whole screen is blank with black and grey colours, on the homepage no video loads, no words on the screen, no ads, just blank. it works like normal on Chrome,Opera,Internet Explorer.

I am on windows 8, all blockers are off, on the latest version 115.9.1. no other problems on my PC.

Hello, I am wondering if there is any way to lock the toolbar so that it does not automatically pop up when you are in full screen mode and hover over the top area of the screen. I cannot easily play some browser games because they must be full screen and the toolbar popping up continuously interrupts the game.

To clarify, I do not want the toolbar to always be there; locking the toolbar so that it automatically shows when in full screen is not the solution I am looking for. I want the toolbar to disappear when I am in full screen and not popup when I hover over the top area of the screen.

Why does Firefox hang when using wetranfer.com for large files? What? You don't want to get along with everybody?

Yes, I know addons exist for it but many work places don't allow installing addons, security wise they can be a concern and these addons have poor UI/UX. I am genuinely considering using Edge over Firefox due to them having better tab groups which I never though I would say. Please implement a simple tab folder, literally just what current Edge has. It is a very useful basic feature and I would really love to have it included in my favorite browser I have been using for over a decade. Thank you.

I understand the necessity of some Extensions / add-ons to "Access your data for all websites" and therefore i agree to that for some of them. So here's the question: Is it possible for the data collected by that ADDON to be transmitted over the internet to either the ADDON maker or any other unknown recipient? Or is it that they indeed are collected but stored and processed locally on my computer and never transmitted elsewhere?

I did a 'refresh' of my browser, thinking that basic user information would be saved. But I lost all my tabs in OneTab (extension). Is it possible to recover them?

For months, I've experienced the Bookmarks menu collapsing (Bookmarks Toolbar, Bookmarks Menu, and Other Bookmarks headings appear but all bookmarks are just gone) and locking up (those headings cannot be opened and closed).

I have finally noticed that this happens when I am using Windows File Explorer to drag and drop files into my Google Drive opened with an entirely separate Google Chrome browser running concurrently with Firefox.

To be clear, I have Google Chrome and Explorer at the top of my desktop, with Firefox running behind them. When I drag a file from Windows Explorer over to the Google Chrome browser, the side bookmarks window in Firefox goes haywire. Close and reopening the bookmarks menu brings it back, but the issue remains.

tried to import logins etc from waterfox, but pull down list does NOT include waterfox, many others tho, so how can this be done without having to jump thru too many hoops
