Having installed Firefox on my MPB it functions well and I want to kept. However, every time I close my computer I have to reinstall my Firefox. Is that normal? The Firefox is in downloaded files and not difficult to find, but every time I want to use it I have to reinstall./ Björn

Welcome back. I cannot restore bookmarks and passwords as instructed on the Firefox website. I don't have old data. AVF TuneUp scanned the system and automatically installed driver updates for me. After the update, the system crashed - Windowws10 Pro and the recovery function did not work. I had to turn on auto repair, with the option to keep my files. The files remained, but all installed applications were automatically removed as well. About Firefox after automatic repair did not keep passwords, bookmarks. I have a Firefox account and I had it before the failure. Because, based on the advice from Firefox, I cannot restore passwords, accounts and bookmarks (I do not have a copy on my computer) and there is no direct contact link on the help page so that I can send an email asking for help, VERY, VERY Mister please provide a link who will help me, to the person who will restore all the data from my account. Data necessary for work. So I PLEASE HELP AND GIVE A LINK TO THE PERSON WHO WILL HELP ME and restore my bookmarks, accounts and passwords in Firefox. best regards Grażyna

for my online examination purpose i had checked a system diagonistic test in that when i check the chrome browser its showing there is s speaker but when i search in firefoz its showing its not available

It's difficult for me to describe, but you can check in the picture I attached. There is a slight shadow from other apps/tabs I have open.

At first I thought it was a problem on my laptop screen but apparently it only happened on my dark theme Firefox. When I change my windows background to solid black, I don't have this problem.

How to solve this problem? my firefox version 91.0 (64-bit) Windows 10

Since a few Days I cannot reach any website. Or sometimes Websites Doesn’t load completely and get stucked. Or sometimes there is a reduced layout loading on the websites I want to go to _ more like in html mode.

Starting about a month ago, Firefox will not play most videos, I just get the eternal spinning circle. I had made no changes to my Windows 10/Firefox set up either. Sometimes, for just the blink of an eye, an error message will appear at the top of the video, but so fast I can't read it, something about can't play image. I have gone into Troubleshoot Mode, to no effect. I "refreshed" Firefox, no difference. However, when I switched to Google Chrome and tried to play the same video (an MSN video, sb a piece of cake), it worked. Well, that kinda informs me the problem is with You, not Me. Hi I am working on an medical ecommerce [[website|https://store.nuvisionhealthcenter.com/]]. Some of its pages are not loading on the Firefox Web Version but working perfect on my android smartphone firefox. What could be the reason behind it?

In the game you can click on link to get daily bonus which i did as the game loaded perfectly but when it tried to reopn i got he above error. I have looked at java to try to configure this but cant see any way of doing it

I had been using the "Repair Text Encoding" button I put on the menu bar now it does not work. It is grey out. Help I need this. I use it when reading some email. There is two type of I guess language Western and Unicode. The button help me change the language. Thank You Ron

Is anything going to be done about the compatibility issues with Big Sur? I cannot control website preferences, all color has been lost from buttons and menus, regular controls in this browser do not function appropriately. Shall anything be done? How will users know if a fix has been completed? And I saw no answers to the other three submissions requesting help with these Big Sur issues.

And there is no confirming color or check mark when I check the request to receive an email if there IS a response, so how am I to know if it has been effective. (I noticed this same issue on other websites.)

Hello, I'm trying to add a secondary email address to my Firefox account but each time I try I get the following message: "Secondary email must be different than your account email" I'm not typing the same main email address, I'm actually trying to type another one. The only possible reason that comes to my mind is that the address I want to add is already used as a secondary address for another Firefox account (namely, the one I use at work). I don't know if it makes sense, but it's the only possible situation this address is to be already found. Any ideas why this happens and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Hallo, habe ein Problem meine alten Lesezeichen auf meinem neuen Laptop ein zu binden. Kann auf dem alten PC die Sicherung nicht mehr machen, da dieser gecrasht ist. Komme aber an die Daten von der Festplatte. Habe mehrmals versucht die places.sqlite, Bookmarks und all die andern Daten, nach Anleitung vom Internet in meinen neuen PC ein zu spielen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Gibt es hier ein Problem mit Win 7 32bit(alt) zu Win10 64bit(neu). Über Tips und Anregungen wäre ich Dankbar.

The page is headed with a wifi symbol inside a blue shield and below that is says "Hold On!" We blocked access to http://www.searchbaron.com/v1/hp?aid=26025. This site might compromise your device or contain dangerous content. To avoid these risks, close this window and skip this site. Proceed anyway. The same message is duplicated in 3 other languages. So I open a new tab and close this one and everything works fine. Can anyone tell me what to do to stop getting this? I'm not computer savvy so please be specific. I'm not close to an Apple Store, but can get to one if I have to.

Windows 10 Pro 20H2, Firefox 91.0.1

In a specific webpage, Horizontal scrollbar shows up and extends or shrink how I move my cursor. On the infinite scroll, As long as I keep moving my cursor, The page goes forever. It supposed to end.

I've tried it with Safe mode and no change. Same behavior. Other browsers are working fine.

I'm not sure if this is a page specific issue or not. Most webpages are fine except for that. Here's the page source in case you need to test:
