I do NOT want to use ANY VPN services. Since you introduced this, or rather, forced it on me, my browsing experience has been terrible. How do I turn off VPN? There is no VPN icon on my topolbar despite what your instructions say.

I am so excited to use the FF VPN, I get many notifications about it but what am I doing wrong - I don't see the VPN option in my browser. I am updated, use DuckDuckgo for searching. I've written before but we never go anywhere. Wish I could get the VPN to work as I really want to try it thank you

Just did another browser update and running 152.0.2 (aarch64)

when will the free vpn become available to me? I've been reading and watching for the invite box on the toolbar and don't see it.

I have automatic updates and my browser recently updated and there is VPN link on my browser wanting me to use it, but it doesn't give me the option to say no. I already have a VPN that I use through MalwareBytes that I use and another that I'm not using through Protonmail. For some reason since the VPN link showed up on my browser I have websites that I use every day that won't load. I want to refuse the VPN and see if that helps, but my only option is a Get Started link. How do I get rid of that?

when i open my mozilla vpn there is no longer a panel. to select diffent locations .am i doing something if so let know what the problem is so i do not have to buy some other vpn

I found out about the FF VPN beta a month or two ago and use it rarely. I was surprised today that clicking to enable it gives me a different beta VPN popup which required me to login. What is this about?

Hi, I am trying to set up the built-in vpn. I got as far as the attached screenshot but I cannot find the "... open panel and turn it on." I managed to instal? the Mozilla vpn but thats not what I am after.

Can you advise what, where is "open panel" and how to "turn on vpn"?.

Please give me step by step instructions otherwise I will get lost.

Using a Mac Mini OS 10.15.7 Catalina

Firefox does not recognize that it is gone too automatically update my window. I need help to put the latest VPN back into my Firefox version 153.0 bc I have tried everything AI has recommended and I still don't have it. I may have deleted the hidden files too. Should I just delete all of Firefox and download the latest version and let that update itself?

I am using Macbook Air computer with Monterey OS and part of Tahoe OS (I didn't have enough room to download it said I needed 5+ more gigs) and I was already using FireFox version 153.0 BUT I didn't know what that little VPN icon was at the top right of my screen and so I deleted it and everything to do with it. I may also have deleted the hidden files of it. I followed AI to try to recover it, but no luck. The Firefox app itself tells me I already have the latest version, but the entire VPN appears to be gone.

Not sure what else I could have accidentally deleted, but would a complete remove and re-install of Firefox be my easiest and best choice now? I can go no farther with AI, it reached a dead end. Can a Mozilla Firefox techy person please help me with the steps to do this if this is a good idea?

Please do let me know if there is a better / easier way and I can let you know if I've tried that already!

I am a big fan of the new VPN feature that you guys introduced that is strictly for browser. There are only two current issues i have with them and its the limited bandwidth of 50 GB that is very low and i would like the option to pay a reasonable price for unlimited. Also when i disable the vpn for a website there is a blue pop up in the corner every time i tab over or open the specific page on a new tab that i can't disable or change the behavior in any manner.
