When I try to log in to my account with Amazon Prime, Firefox freezes as soon as I hit the Continue button after entering the username and password. I can't open or close tabs or do anything. I don't have this problem with the Amazon account in any other browser.

Any ideas why this happens and how to fix it?

The time zone stamp when using my default browser Firefox is 3 hours off. If I use Safari, it's correct. The problem occurs when using Gmail or Yahoo. It is only when using Firefox browser that the time stamp on email in incorrect. It is a Firefox issue and happened during the most recent upgrade 5/12/26.

Since the latest Firefox update, I cannot load my primary banking account, and one of my work websites won't load. I can access both of these sites on other browsers.

I've spent a lot of time doing all this, to no avail. If I change browser I don't have the problem. I've been using Mozilla browser since before Firefox was invented and never had a problem before. You've changed something in your latest upgrade which has caused this problem.

A repeat of a problem I was having a couple of months ago. I go to the reddit website and login with no problems but when I try to comment or load specific threads I get the attached warning come up:

"! Your request has been blocked by network security. Please try to login with your Redit account."

Which doesn't make sense as I'm already logged in. Last time it seemed to clear after 24 hours or so although not because of anything I did as far as I'm aware.

I cannot get into the "Directv" url with firefox. i can on my Iphone. Beloiw is the error message i get.

When I try to login to Facebook I can't and a screen appears with

"Sorry! Something went wrong :(

This happens even in Troubleshooting Mode …

Exactly the same issue with DuckDuckGo browser but no difficulties with Safari where I can login to Facebook as usual …

Since the Tahoe upgrade I can't login to my google account because the 'Passkey' prompt that the system is supposed to automatically trigger, never eventuates as it used to in Sequoia. I am signed into my account on the same desktop using Safari but my preferred browser is Firefox, so this is quite frustrating.

I've seen a number of posts regarding this problem since the Firefox 141 update. I've tried a number of suggestions, although my problem seems slightly different.

I can apparently login to reddit OK but when I try to access a subreddit thread, a warning comes up - see image.

I have cleared Firefox site data, cookies, cached files, etc - problem remains.

I have restarted Firefox in Troubleshooting mode - problem remains, so not an extension.

However, https://old.reddit.com has no problems with Firefox, lets me access threads, etc and comment.

No problems accessing reddit with Safari or DuckDuckGo browser.

I can not access my Outlook/Hotmail account in FireFox. I get a plank page. I have never had this problem before. I have no problem loading it in other browsers. Did something change? How do I correct this problem?

Hi. lately i canot login to facebook from mozilla browser. i can, from any other. The broblem started latelly. done everything internet sugests. I have used mozilla for years with everything clean up on exit and start fresh every time. Cannot connect to BBC Sounds web page (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds). Have tried with and without a VPN, have cleared the cache, and shutdown/restarted Firefox, but no luck.

Connects without issue when using alternative browsers.

If you go to americangreetings.com, then click on the latest greeting card with ROB LOWE, enter info and then check if everything is OK. When you try to play it, it only plays his voice and there is NO PICTURE AT ALL. Other card will work, but not this one. WHY? It works fine on other browsers I have, but not on FIREFOX! I can open my email logins in Chrome and Safari, but not in Firefox. In Firefox I can open all my previous Bookmarks, but not Outlook. Any advice gratefully received, thank you

The system asks me to sign in using my passkey or to try another way. The screen is frozen - can't enter passkey, can't choose another way. The only way out is to close firefox. I have no problem signing in with a different browser (Safari).
