How to reach a site used in the past (whether typed URL or used saved Bookmark!) ---but now Firefox won't let me access now, please?! I have some sites for decorating my online gaming site. Your settings warn me that the site isn't ---https://. --- which I realize, and FIREFOX stops me from going to the site. How do I temporarily use a site, then restore the security? I appreciate how FIREFOX keeps us safe! TY!

I have noticed that my mouse becomes unresponsive exclusively when clicking Browser items in Firefox 124.0.2 (64-bit) on Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1

usually everything is fine for a while, then after a small working period I can still hover over items in Firefox but any click action (right or left) is ignored by Firefox or pages in Firefox.

At the same time clicking in other apps is still working fine.

When restarting firefox the functionality often re-occurs and works again for a certain time.

Sometimes the bookmark bar will just be completely empty (see screenshot). Clicking on the bar does nothing, they're not invisible they're actually gone. The bookmarks are still saved on my account, so right-clicking and removing and re-adding the bookmark bar restores them as they were. But I'm having to do this like 2-3 times a day and it's getting really annoying.

I've tried restarted the application and that didn't help. Firefox version: 124.0.2 (64-bit)

I have a M2 Max Pro MAC. I have read other posts about this and people suggest starting in safe mode doen that and it still happens. Removing all pluggins and restarting doen that and it still happens. IT doenst happem on any otehr browser.... help please?

We are a medium-sized company and are looking for a viable solution for sharing bookmarks between devices. Does anyone know what the maximum number of devices whose bookmarks can be synchronized with Fireofx is?

Some say five, but I cannot find an authoritative answer to this. Also, if that is true, is there some kind of bussiness solution for this kind of demand?

Apparently, for some time now the updates versions of Firefox (currently 124.02) has many incompatibilities with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1. Thinking I could fix it, I re-installed Firefox and currently I no longer have access to any of my favorite sites and mailboxes, all my pass-words are refused.

Bookmarks Sidebar Automatically Opening. Please advise how to stop. Suddenly started happening once before [April 7, 2022], self corrected itself. Happening again [April 6, 2024]

No windows/tabs with bookmarks are open.

⬛️ When using top menu bar to open a new window does not occur; ⬛️ When using current window to add a new tab does not occur;

⬛️ When right clicking Firefox icon in dock to open new window,

    New window opens with bookmarks open.

I am trying to edit /etc/hosts file. CLI utils respect the values that provided there, Chrome also.

But the Firefox continues to ignore. I have disabled "Enable DNS over HTTPS using:" and turned it off.

But it doesn't help. What else could be done?

how do i make my firefox multi account container thing open links from external applications in the container of my choosing, rather than auto opening in no container?

When I started getting msgs saying my browser was no longer supported, I checked my version. Firefox says i have v115esr and that it is "up to date" - i.e. no update available at this time. I assumed I was getting the brush off from those web sites.

Why did Firefox not bring me up to v124? I get a "download update" probably once a month. It's been giving me a new variation of 115esr all along.

I've now downloaded 124 from your site. What do I need to do so that I stay current in the future? Thanks John

I'm desperate for some help here. I'm a long time customer of Mozilla, and have used Firefox for many many year. Recently, my hard drive was erased, I lost all my data, and I've got a new computer that I'm setting up I'm trying to sign into my Firefox but I don't have the password. I go through Password reset options, and it send a code to my email ([edited] @mindspring.com) and the spam filter is filtering out the email, so I cannot see it. I'm stuck in a loop! I cannot get the passcode and cannot sign into my account. I just need to chat with someone to help me. Please call my call when available.

When I downloader the Firefox I then try tobrowse a company,etc a page comes up withFirefox logo and a line that has Google and the place for the url/ I cannot get the actual browser to open.

Had to reformat and reinstall my Intel Mac with System 10.4.11. Can't download install dmg from the ftp site because my id and password don't get me into the FTP website.
