Before updating Firefox to 123.0.1 (64-bit) + MacOS Sonoma, I could use FIDO2 on OnlyKey and login to my proton mail. Now, however something has changed on Firefox that I get presented with two prompts to touch my usb key, but the key itself doesn't respond to the second prompt and login fails.

I first get this prompt as before. I select 'Authenticate' and would be presented with the second picture. Since my key is not expecting to be touched, nothing happens when I touch it and login fails with the message displayed in the last picture.

I set up a Primary Password, but I can easily get around it by clicking 'cancel' then clicking 'home' icon. then I can get into ANY of the links. For others who have access to my computer NOT having that access is Exactly why I set up Primary password in the first place. Surely there must be a way to fix this???? haas2128@comcast.net Thanks. How did "yahoo safety search" get into my firefox browser, and how do I get rid of it permanently? I want nothing to do with yahoo. I want duckduckgo back as my search engine.

For the last several years I have had Firefox configured to display all website fonts in my custom font, Dyslexie. As of upgrading to v119 yesterday, I have lost this function; all websites now display their native fonts. I still have Firefox Settings Default Font set to Dyslexie, but it no longer works. Any help would be appreciated.

I have created a WordPress Website and some of the images are not showing on the FireFox browser. There is no problems on Chrome or Safari browsers. The first image is a screen shot from the Chrome Browser of a section on my website, the second image is a screen shot of the same section but from FireFox Browers. Can you help fix this problem?

I started getting this message today - "this page is slowing down firefox. To speed up your browser stop this page" How can I fix it other than to start using Safari.

About a month ago Firefox started giving me BAD REQUEST for URLs generated by the MLS system all of us realtors use.

This URL works fine in Safari, but not in Firefox any longer. What has happened and how/when will this be resolved? JPaul

I was in a meeting and needed to show my screen. Clicked the button at bottom to share and schecked entire screen then allow....it said firefox wouldn't allow me to share because of firefox. I also tried to just share Acrobat and had same result. What setting or plugin do I need to set to allow screen sharing in Google meet, microsoft team and zoom meetings?

Duplicate tab closer closed all tabs that weren't loaded into memory, so how may I restore tabs across all tab groups that were closed as now showing 0 ZERO tabs open in most tab groups!?

Hi all, I did search the key word Outlook but did not see a helpful reply. I used my extension to clear the cache, did not help. I even call the help desk at work, they suggested Chrome and i was able to log on. I already have to use Chrome for Netflix, i don't want to have to move to another browser. I have Mozilla VPN but it is not on all the time. Please advise. thanks, E

I've been using firefox for 10 years and this is the first time this is happening on me. Firefox was working fine but it does not work starting yesterday, simple task like opening and starting a new tab firefox took more than 20 seconds. None of the pages are showing anything, even those about:config pages are not working Every other browsers, like safari and chrome is working perfectly.

I tried to refresh, reset, safe mode, uninstall and deleted library/caches/firefox, library/application support/firefox, but the same problem still occurs.

My specs: macos 14.1. intel 13900kf, 6800xt, corsair vengeance ddr5 48gb, wd 850x ssd

Hi. I'm trying to transfer Firefox bookmarks from a hard drive pulled from a now dead iMac (was IOS 10.13.4 + Firefox 116.6.0) to a MacBookPro laptop running BigSur (11.6.8) and Firefox 122.0.1. I have the iMac HDD plugged into a hot swap docking station. A search for places.sqlite on the old HD turns up nothing.

I have found answers for drilling down into Windows to find the appropriate files to transfer, but not for Mac. I didn't know Firefox Sync existed until now, and I don't know where to look for a profile on the hard drive. Suggestions?

Ok, this is going to be a bigger problem that I thought. The laptop is my wife's old university-owned mac, and there's a whole "admin" layer of hidden and mixed-up folders. I need to go see the admins for help.

my browser continues to show symbols instead of words. I troubleshot the font issue and it does not seem to be that. this is on a macbook pro and the browser is updated. I deleted the browser and reinstalled it. which worked for a day but then everything went back to showing symbols. it is intermittent in that sometimes it will show the real words and then a few hours later is will show this.

I turned off my Mac Mini 2 last night, February 7, and when I turned it on this morning, all my Firefox bookmarks were gone.

Everything else is fine (Chrome bookmarks, which are different from those in Firefox, remain intact). And yes, I should have known better, but since when a Firefox update deletes all bookmarks?

I'm guessing that is the reason, because everything else is intact.

Any suggestions as to whether there is ANY way to recover them?
