When I try to run firefox 141.0 (Linux x64) I get:

libxul.so: undefined symbol: gdk_wayland_device_get_wl_seat Couldn't load XPCOM.

Is there a way to fix this?

I'm using Slackware 14.2.

Mozilla Firefox is very slow and even difficult to open.....I am using this browser since ten years and never had any problem....Please do the needful at your earliest...Thank a lot....RASIK MER

I am looking for help with a Windows 11 Pro 24H2 system. Firefox no longer works despite a clean uninstall and reinstall, including deleting all related folders.

When I reinstall Firefox, the error appears, but the application still manages to launch. However, after a system restart, the issue comes back.

When launching Firefox, I get the following message: “Firefox.exe failed to start correctly (error 0xC0000022).”

I can’t find any recent information about this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

I always use Firefox Private Window when I go on the Internet. Today, while I was on Fidelity.com, I was suddenly logged out. When I tried to go back to Fidelity.com using Firefox/Private Window, a dialog box on Microsoft Edge appeared asking me to: "Choice: #1 Do you want to make Firefox to be your default" "Choice: #2 Not Now". Which ever I choice I choose, Microsoft Edge will appear with the two above choices. This has been happening repeatedly for several minutes now, so I tried to reach Firefox Support.

My main problem is I cannot access Firefox / Private Window anymore since I was suddenly logged out of Fidelity.com.

Would you please fix this problem. Also, I already selected Firefox to be my default browser long time ago. Why am I being this question every time I go on the internet using Firefox?

This morning I reset my PC, and upon doing so Firefox would just not work. Anytime I tried booting up firefox it would for a split second show the browser than revert to a screen where its just the firefox logo, where upon clicking it would become unresponsive

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice both times completely clearing out firefox data from across my pc, i've tried to make new profiles, i've cleared out caches etc, yet anytime i try boot it up it still doesnt work

i've spent the past 6 hours just looking through fixes and still, nothing works every other browser works fine, aside from firefox

PLEASE HELP! One day last week, Firefox for my PC disappeared and it seems that Duckduckgo has taken over. I have used Firefox on my PC for a few years and occasionally use duckduckgo as my browser. Now I cannot find Firefox. It is up-to-date, as of last week.

Firefox has begun to instantly crash after opening. This occurs constantly, even though fresh installs, even if I run as administrator. It is the only application doing this, which is beyond weird. It seems to have begun happening after I opened a notepad file. Which seems ridiculous to me but that's when it initially crashed. If more information is required, please let me know, but I cannot even access say, crash logs.

Bus error firefox $ echo $? 135 ``` Sometimes it can be started but not stable Maybe the problem is: problem with about:sessionrestore, everytime I open it, I can see about:sessionrestore page for short, and when it can start up (sometimes in troubleshooting mode), after choose a option, browser crash, and if I open another tag and close it, browser runs as normal.

I originally deleted Firefox by accident and have downloaded it via Microsoft Store. All seems well then after I click on the app to open it, I Get the ‘Windows cannot find C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again’ for ‘Firefox’ error how can this be corrected?

i was trying to check my apparmor stuff because of the warning on Linux. Now i tried duck.ai to instruct me , but created more damage than anything else. It said to set firefox in enforcement mode, now it wont start (well im using Firefox right now in complain mode)

How do I fix this problem that everything runs normally and safe?

Hello,

Recently, (past month or so) I have had difficulty opening Firefox on my PC. Found suggestion of renaming the .exe which did work, but now it will not open AT ALL. Uninstalled, and re-installed. nothing. Renamed .exe. Nothing. It will OPEN as admin, but cannot access any settings or browse. I am at a loss, and really do not want to go back to Chrome.

Previously attempted uninstalling ESET antivirus and Defender, and still would not open.
