I bought Mozilla VPN a month ago, and nothing has turned up.

How do I get a refund of my money?

Then I can buy StartPage VPN.

Firefox is really going downhill.

Both Mozilla products spontaneusly disappeared from my computer. Firefox requested a reinstall, and all was recovered. Firefox completely disappeared, and I had to restore from backups. I am seriously worried. What is going on?

I.m an 81 year old man , and It is very difficult for me to use the computer, and now you make it more difficult for me with this new addition of Thunderbird that makes it more complicated for me,My question is: can I continue using Firefox with out Thunderbird ( that I don't like it ) ?

I am on Mac Mojave 10.14.6 using Firefox 115.36 Oesr on esr update channel for many years. Unable to access Billpay due to message saying outdated browser yet Firefox says Firefox is up to date on the drop down box for Firefox. Up until tonight I had the ability to select option of "Continue with outdated browser" but did not have that option today. Should I contact Billpay as well as you?

updates are happening at random times even when I am on line in the middle of important things. i want to schedule updates for 12 am midnight for any updates that may arise. please email me a detailed message on how to accomplish this as i am not a computer whiz kid. thank you for your time and expertise

I currently have Firefox 149.0.2 rapid release channel on Win10 Pro ESU.

I want to switch to the ESR channel.

How do I do that?

Is there anything I should be aware of to avoid problems?

I have used Firefox for years. Have a backup computer that has Windows 10. It defaults to Bing. I hate Bing! VERY much want to use Firefox for Windows 10. Please, if you can, just email me a link to download Firefox that will work on Windows 10. That is all that I need. My two email addresses are: [edited] OR [edited from community support forum].
