My Firefox browser is constantly showing 1 GB of disk space used. I've set up automatic clear of site data and cookies. I'm constantly having to clear all data and then sign in to all my usual websites all over again. I'm not able to get onto my banking websites most likely due to this data clog. I'm SO TOTALLY tired of this constant cycle of trying to clear my data and accessing my usual websites. I'm using Firefox for many years without this trouble. I'm one week away from changing browsers. If I go to Safari I am not finding this trouble. Chrome is my next choice. I use my Mac computer for personal use only and my firefox is up to date. I'm using Big Sur on my macbook pro. What is going on?? Without a solution I'm out of here.

Steps to reproduce:

I joined a Google meet meeting. I clicked on the present button. The only options I get are "Your entire screen" and "A window", there is no option to present "a tab".

Expected results: In other browsers like chrome, edge, there is an option to present only a tab. There should be one in firefox as well. It is very important.

I am no tech guru. Everything I have searched for help on firefox is completely foreign to me. the system crashes all the time., Settings do NOT work properly as I cannot deselect firefox as my default browser ever since it updated to 90. Now on 90.0.2, everything is a nightmare! I don't think anyone wants to spend 4-8+ hours trying to find out how to use the computer! So, if anyone can speak in plain English & not computer tech code which I do not understand, then help me please! As I look furhter down this page of questions, I have no idea how where to look & what I am supposed to be looking for. So, all I can say is I have a Windows 10 64-bit laptop with CCleaner free version, Malwarebytes free version, Smart defrag free version, Iobit uninstall without all the add-ons.

Hello When I started my Firefox browser today there suddenly was a total new version installed. My profile, settings, all tabs, bookmarks and saved passwords were all gone. And that despite I had in my settings dowload but not install until I want to. I want my profile and all that belonged to it back. And I dont want this to happen again. How to do that?

I have a blog on Blogger and periodically post videos. Sometimes, the wrong video is in a post--by that I mean that the video for Post A shows up in Post B, etc! If I click on a specific post, rather than the blog's main page, the correct video shows up. When I check the html code in Blogger the correct video is identified.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Started today, I click on links, bookmarks or type in a URL and I get the Unable to connect page. Sometimes if I refresh a number of times it loads, sometimes not. Other websites will connect, opening the same address in Chrome works with no issues. My internet is connected and working fine this is something going on with Firefox. Not sure what or how as I haven't changed settings at all either.

Recently I noticed my firefox crash with the screen restart frequently atleast once a day. Below is the crash report number:

Hello! Bookmarks disappeared in Mozilla Firefox after updating. For some unknown reason, they are not restored from the backup, although it is indicated that they have been saved (22 items). What to do in this situation? Thanks.

FIREFOX does not recognize my password. I have changed it several time's, however all to no avail. I am paying for services I cannot access.

Please advise.

Firefox displays an icon for Facebook Container on my website's newsletter's form's email entry box. The more info states: "Allow Facebook to track you here?

This site can share your email address with Facebook, which allows Facebook to track you. Use a service like Firefox Relay to hide your real email address."

How do I get rid of this icon/service for Firefox Relay? It stops some people from signing up for my newsletter.

A site I'm building has an email input. It is not connected to Facebook in any way, yet the Facebook Container claims the site can share my email address with Facebook.

How/why?

Just loaded Firefox and an auto update took over to above mentioned version. Suddenly my browser was gone. All bookmarks, history, passwords and all add-ons that I have worked to accumulate are gone. I use my computer mostly to search the web for info on autoimmune treatments, which I unfortunately have. I had over 2 years of information, hundreds of bookmarks at least and many, many passwords and cannot start again. How can I get this all back or am I totally dead? Has anyone gone through this and got all this stuff back? Thank you for reading this. John

Tried to open my email <myxfinity.com>. After installing Password Robo___ (can't remember name of extension); told to create "Primary Password." Followed instructions, created easily remembered phrase + symbol & registered. Now when I try to edit old myxifinity login, asked for Primary Password. Entered what I just created, & won't accept it. "Please enter Primary Password." Now can't access email, which worked just fine before activating Password Robo(whatever). PC dead for a week, repaired yesterday, just accessed successfully this AM, one biz turned down THREE credit card charges. Android hacked into last week, Lively CS gave me wrong instructions to reboot in Safe Mode; ditto Googling "Restart Android in Safe Mode." Scammers put malware on my phone--can only run in Safe mode, in which no apps/no texts, no access to internet. PLEASE help!! TIA

Phone is dead so notification code option is off. (which didn't always work in the past, eg when i forgot a password - which i think isn't the case now) I don't want to go downstairs and turn on my phone, for the principle of it. Clicked 'i cannot use my phone' sereval times during mutiple attempts to find other ways to log in . Google says i have to use my phone Did they change policies? Could it be that someone hacked my account, fb also notified 'suspicious login attempts but they were so recent (one min ago) that it must have been me.
