My vertical scroll bar is very thin, barely even visible, like 4 pixels thick. The problem is the same as already posted in these forums, both solutions were only temporary solutions. I'll state them here for simplicity:
a) The first step is to open the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" page and find the button to access the profile folder. You need to create a folder with the name chrome in this folder (name is all lowercase).
In the chrome folder you need to create a plain text file with the name userContent.css (name is case sensitive). Paste in "*{scrollbar-color:auto!important; scrollbar-width:auto!important;}"
This worked but then some scroll bars were extremely thick, and even showed while watching YouTube videos.
b) Clearing the startup cache.
Again, this did seem to work, but only temporarily. I removed the file from step a) and it remained fine until a day or two later.

Using screen extension with HDMI. Problem happens on both screens.
Pages that this occurs on seem to be random, increasing over time. The page I'm writing this question on included. Thanks for reading and helping.
