when I follow steps 1 and 2 to disable mixed content blocking. I do not get a dialogue box to disable blocking.That is shown in step 3. It shows, clear cookies and site data.

I recently moved to the Netherlands, and now every website I access is in Dutch.

My question is: what should I do if I don't want Firefox to use my current location on every website I access? Because every website I access is in Dutch, and the .nl domain is everywhere, even after I changed my google region settings to another country. I also tried turning off the location for Firefox, but that didn't work either.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Why do I have a bar for all my tabs and an extra one above that for the minimize, maximize and close button(see screenshot)? This is on my laptop, but on my PC at home I only have one bar with both functionalities combined. How do I combine them so that I have a more simplistic design?

Greetings, After not having had access to my home computer for quite a while between the 1st week of February and the end of May, I didnt have a chance to use Firefox ( necesary to have access to my account at Eastman Credit Union as Google Chrome is not supported) i had my eldest son (who lives in the US) to manage my account while I was ouf of commission and keep me up on all the operations conducted on my behalf. But to make a long story short, when i finally was able to use my desktop PC, I was surprised to discovver that theperson who did its maintenance, he "downgraded" my version of Windows7 Ultimate from the 64 bits version -which worked fine- to the 32 bits one. And ... surprise!!- i could not connect to my bank site. I therefore strongly suspect that version is not supported by Firefox. Thus my request for help from any person who would be willing to confirm ot infirm my doubts .. Needless to say, any and help and / or suggestions on how to resolve that issue would be most welcome and I thank you for it in advance Regards from France Pierre GOSSET pgosset5@gmil.com

This past week when I right click on an article on MSN.com and select the open in a new tab item the new tab appears to the right of the active tab briefly and then disappears. This happens very quickly and I have not found a way to allow the new tab to open. Any thoughts and ideas are greatly appreciated.

I have Firefox set to disable cookies. Yet, websites often say that by using their sites, I'm agreeing to the use of cookies. It's unclear to me if by continuing on their sites, I'm thereby temporarily turning my "disable cookies" Firebox function off. Here is a screenshot I took of what I see when I use "storage inspector" under "web developer" menu while I'm on Firefox and I visit one of these websites that says by being there I'm agreeing to the use of cookies. Please tell me ... in this case are cookies being used? I don't know how to interpret what I'm seeing on "storage inspector." I don't know what the lines, rows and the values in them represent. Is there a way to edit the URL of a bookmark while I'm adding it?

I've changed from Google Chrome to Firefox months ago, and this is one of my biggest gripes with Firefox ever since I switched. Back when I used Google Chrome, I used this feature when I'm bookmarking YouTube videos.

YouTube will often add extra text at the end of URLs, such as "&feature=em-uploademail." I usually remove this to try and keep my URLs as clean as possible. The inability to edit bookmark URLs while creating new bookmarks makes this process much more tedious because when I realize that there's extra text at the end of a URL I have to remove the extra text in the address bar, refresh the page, wait several seconds for the page to fully load (when the page is still loading, the title of the page is often blank), and then I can finally bookmark the video.

This issue has been so annoying to the point of where I've considered switching back to Google Chrome.

Second attempt = I asked this before, but got no answer. I get a pop-up every day say "Browser extension is missing. Click to install the Browsing protection for Firefox. I cannot use the extension because it prevents me from watching certain videos on You Tube. I watch April the Giraffes live feed everyday, and it won't play with the extension enabled. How can I get rid of the pop-up?

In English : Hello, I use several hundred tabs (don't judge me ^^). And I would like to be able to list open tabs like you can do with bookmarks and history. You can indeed filter and select in bookmarks and history. For example, I would like to filter all open tabs containing "foo", and select the ones I want to close among those. And not to do it one by one. Is it possible ? Thank you.

En Français : Bonjour, J'utilise plusieurs centaines d'onglets (ne me jugez pas ^^). Et j'aimerais pouvoir lister les onglets ouverts comme on peut le faire avec les marque-pages et l'historique. On peut en effet filtrer et sélectionner dans les marque-pages et l'historique. Par exemple, j'aimerais filtrer tous les onglets ouverts contenant "toto", et sélectionner ceux que je souhaite fermer parmi ceux-là. Et non pas de le faire un à un. Est-ce possible ? Merci.

Hi I have had my firefox setup so that it didn't show the urls drop down with sites I last visited so people didn't see what I looked at so I could be private. Yet this "Top Sites" checkbox was added recently and caused my url bar to show past sites visited. I find this a privacy violation.

after enter gmx.net in mozilla firefox browser - nothing happens. in edge it's working it's not possible for me to come to the login-site from gmx. Nothing happens after entering gmx.net an Enter. I have no problem with another url What the reason?

Trying to go to my Comcast account, and I can't load the page. I get this error message: An error occurred during a connection to customer.comcast.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR I have always been able to access the site before. This happened since the last Firefox update.

Hello, I recently synced my devices and when I try to save a bookmark to a folder on my Windows 7 computer, I click on "choose", but folders don't come up, even though they've been synced to this computer. I have to save everything to 'other bookmarks' and then drag them to a folder. Is there a way to fix this? TYIA!

Everytime I enter a user ID for a website, there is a list of USER IDs that pop up for other websites as well. How do i delete them and not have them pop up everytime i log onto a website?

I go to firefox settings and go to the password section and nothing is listed there.

what are the steps now.. ? I have access to that email but for some odd reason mozilla doesn't deem that email to be worthy?
