I was unaware of Sync migrating to an account based system before I reformatted my system. I saved my sync code but now I have nowhere to input the code. Another thread here suggested using an older version of FF (29.0.1) as that was before the update, but in the options menu under Sync, there is still no option to input the code. On the Sync options page there is only Create Account, Sign In, and "Using an older version of Sync?" which brings me to a support article that does not help.

My reason for this is living in Australia where our government with their head in the sand attitude, does not see it as necessary to provide quality internet connections to the rural population thus we have to rely on wireless broadband technology which is very slow at most hours of the day therefore my need to not download the large images of webpages. I get by without them. Was using firefox 22.0 till a reinstall was necessary & firefox 29.0.1 no longer had this feature. I was given v29.0.1. Haven't looked at more recent versions. Is there a fix around this.

My requirement is as below.

When we are working on the Firefox browser, it monitors the GET and POST operations in Network tab>Response tab.

I want to download the response information to a text file.

Please help me with procedure. thanks

I have done a custom install and selected the option to not install the maintenance service. I have also verified that my update is checked to "never update". When I start firefox from a fresh boot of my system, it auto-updates me to version 34.

Is there anyway to prevent this??

I am getting fed up with always uninstalling firefox and re-installing an older version.

I have spent the last 12 hours trying to fix this! Firefox no longer works on my MAC - see crash report below I cannot get it to run in SAFE MODE I have installed and reinstalled at least 10 times, including earlier versions I do know it's running 100% of my CPU

amazon.in is not loading in my pc.mozila is showing page info that "this website does not supply ownership information".but when i searched for certificates in settings,it is showing that amazon.com contains certificate.what should i do?

I liked just clicking and selecting a a different search in the right hand toolbar! Now it is like a act of congress to change it and to add one! How do you call a inconvenience improvement? Now I have to use a old version of Firefox until it gets so obsolete I can no longer use it, And then I will have to switch browsers! You could have at'least left users the option to change it back. This is the very reason why you are loosing users! Because you have gotten big and no longer want to listen to your users! Just like a forum that becomes big, and then eventually ends up being nothing but moderators moderating moderators!

I have been avoiding updating Firefox to the latest version because the last time I did so, my HP Simple Pass stopped working with Firefox. I'd like some assurance that they will work together in the newest version.

I am running KIS 2013 with Firefox version 29. Whenever I try and update to latest version of firefox it isn't compatible with Safe Money addon in KIS 2013. Does anyone know if I upgrade to KIS 2105 if that version of safe money addon will work with newest version of firefox

Mozilla Firefox Google site asking for donations? You make your enough money thorough Search Suggestions on the top right corner of the browser whether it be google, yahoo, bing ect.. search engines you make a loads of cash thanks to those guys. So why are you asking your users for donations? Its a bit of a greedy move given the fact how Mozilla makes its money. Is there anyway to hide your donations msg?

Please stop asking users for donations or I'll switch to Chrome or Safari.

Just in the last few days some major websites have not been opening - Google, BT Yahoo, and Facebook, yet some lesser known ones which I use are working well. The following message appears after a prolonged period (10-20 seconds) :

"Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).

Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap"

Due to the fact that Google is one of the problematic sites I can't even Google it, although when I ask a friend to do so, the results seem to point to a problem within Firefox. I am unsure if this is correct, as IE is also problematic with these sites too. I have scanned my PC for viruses and it appears to be clean. My ISP has checked and they can see no problems with the network. I can also ping external sites, as well as the router itself. I don't seem to recall these issues until the latest update was installed, although that might be coincidence.

Any help will be gratefully received.
