After the last update, I have a problem opening some links just with a left click. Most open fine, but on some sites, I can open the site fine, but all other links have to be opened in a new tab. Sometimes, I can't even get that menu to come up, so I have to save the link URL and open it in a new tab manually.

I have my browser set to open all tabs in a new window, so that's not the problem.

It's very annoying, especially when I'm trying to get something done quickly.

How do I fix this? TIA

Maybe after update, or i dont know why, but now. when youtube (or any other videoplayer) in fullscreen - taskbar menu is visible (Is on topscreen). In google chrome problem is not repeats. I'm using StartAllBack app for classic start menu, but till that day all was fine. I checked on two devices with firefox - the same problem (StartAllBack or windows version wasnt cahnged). I have tried creating new folders and following those steps. I have tried everything.

I just got a new pc, and added Firefox, and also imported all of my bookmarks. But I don't see any way to add tiles to the new tab page. There are no Tiles there, even after 3 days. I really like having the links I visit most listed in tiles on the new tab page. Why don't I have any and how can I add them? I don't see anything the settings, and the help answers don't help because there are no tiles to right click on.

When I open any stream, it takes about 2.5 seconds from the start of the page loading to the appearance of the stream image and playback. For comparison, in version 137 it took about 1.0 seconds.

I tried to launch the browser (Firefox 138.0.1) in troubleshooting mode, and also created a new profile, but the problem remained.

I'm running v138.0.1, but the ability to group tabs that was supposedly introduced in v137 is completely absent from my browser. I can neither drag tabs onto another to create a group, nor create groups by right clicking on a tab. What's up with that?

When I hold control on my Mac and click on a Tab the box that opens has no option to rename or to group the tabs together....I am running Firefox 138. Clearly I am missing something. It offers a function that would save me a lot of time, I hope you can help

Can you allow someone to get on my computer to help me? Or do you have a phone number I can call safely to have someone go through things with me, if I need help? It stated when I put it on that is is "poor" in terms of what you did. Maybe I am doing something wrong??

Gmail will not open with Firefox as of Wednesday 5/18/2025. I do not have any adblock extensions running.

Gmail opens fine in Chrome.

Any suggestions?

Logs out of email (gmail) after restarting the browser. I reinstalled windows and downloaded a browser, connected my account, and now when I go to gmail.com and register my mail, everything is fine, it works, but when I exit the browser and go back to gmail.com, there is nothing.

Previously I could change the color of ONLY visited links. 138 broke that ability and replaced it with a contrast setting that changes every kind of link color and the page background color/design too. This totally stinks and makes the visited web pages look terrible and hard to read too.

Is there a way to set FF so that ONLY visited link colors can be changed to the preferred one?

In the last few days, after some minutes of usage, parts of Firefox become unclickable:

- I can still click on tabs to change tabs. - When hovering over the cross button to close a tab, it changes appearance as it should. Clicking the button does nothing. Ctrl+w still closes the button. - Clicking on the address bar does nothing. - Cannot click on back, forward, refresh buttons. - Cannot click on any add-ons. - Cannot click on preferences. - Can click on the button to open a new tab. I want to import web page bookmarks from MS Edge. I tried to do it per the settings help page, but I cannot get my firefox bookmarks to populate with the ones from my Edge browser. This problem is a deal breaker that may send me (under duress) back to MS Edge, and I really don't want that.

I like using Fire Fox (FF), but I am constantly met with resistance from different organizations which try to tell me to use MS Edge, or Google Chrome. It seems like FF is a problem for them. Now, after successfully using Fire Fox for decades, I can no longer log in to my bank account when using FF. I can use any other browser, but not Fire Fox. I've spoken to the bank, and they point the finger at FF (of course), but this time (unfortunately) I have to agree with the bank. What did FF do that now makes it impossible for me to access certain web pages, or certain features, like "logging in" to accounts?

Can you please un-F whatever you F'd up? Or, please explain to me why I can do everything the exact same way I've always done things when like using Brave, Chrome, Edge, Chrome Cast, and TOR, but can no longer do them when using FF

How can export all of my bookmarks in Firefox?

With the progressive rollout of tab groups having ended (I am assuming that because they are available by default in fresh installations), I would expect them to be available when I sync with my Firefox profile. However, when I sign in to the browser to sync all my settings, the option disappears. I am more interested in why the rollout never reached me than being told to enable tab groups in `about:options`. The profile switcher is also not showing up, but I am not sure if that is still in beta.
