Hi there,

About 4 days ago, hotmail suddenly stopped loading on Firefox (though I can still access it on Safari). I've tried clearing my cache and add-ons, etc. I've googled a ton and tried all the things I can find to try, but nothing is working. I am by no means a tech person and so I'm out of ideas and need some help. I know I can use Safari, but I really hate using it and prefer Firefox. Any ideas on what to do? I am using a MacBook Pro - Sonoma 14.4.1

So I have an Excel workbook in my onedrive from MS, It was working fine on my firefox browser in my Ubuntu OS, last week it started to delete my cell's information whenever I pressed the enter, tab or arrow keys, I contacted the MS support and they get me to opened the same file on a chrome browser and worked fine... I still want to use my firefox browser but this problem is very annoying, please help me sort it out!!!

Help me get my right panel, that dissapeard back to right side where it belongs. It Disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!! My screen is filled them links!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 77 years old and have liked and used firefox for as far back as I can remember. I've read many posts that have said they have the same problem!!!!!!!! I really like Firefox and don't want to switch to another browser, but looks like me and many other dissatisfied customers to do also.

When I want to access a particular page the page appears and then immediately disappears. In another instance I can get to a site but some of the links won't work. When I try and use the link the page appears and then quickly an error 500 Message appears. These problems don't exist If I switch to ms edge. This of course is a pain to have to switch prowsers to reach these pages particular with the site that I can enter but can't use some of the links. Would really appreciate your help
