Yesterday morning everything was fine. I attempted to check something last night on my Fidelity account, and got the following message: "Sorry, we can't complete this action right now. Please try again." Same this morning. Fidelity could not figure it out, and is sending me to you for assistance.

FYI: I am able to connect to all other accounts I attempted: NY Times, Chase bank, etc. Also, when I tried to log in to Fidelity via Microsoft Edge, I was able to get in. (NOTE: I DO NOT wish to use Edge or any other browser - I prefer Firefox)

Can someone help me?

I have been signing in to a certain secure website for years on Firefox. In the last 24 hours, it won't let me sign in and all I see is:

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."

I have tried 20 times. There is nothing wrong on the website; my wife can access the same on her Mac computer.

The following html inscription animates when clicked (the duck in the image quacks), but for some reason, the animation doesn't activate on http://ord.io with the firefox browser. I wanted to bring this to your attention because It works on http://ord.io with every other browser.

I am visually impaired and I need the Fonts to be Bold. I have changed the font and size but I can hardly read them they are so light. Especially on the Book mark page.

After latest Firefox update this morning, attempts to login to Fidelity.com fail with message "we can't complete this action right now". No problem if I use Chrome. I cleared cookies and rebooted. Running Windows 10. Fidelity technical support not seeing anything obvious but suspicious it is related to this latest update.

I signed up and sync'd my data from my laptop before it died, but when I signed in on my desktop none of my bookmarks or passwords are the ones from my laptop account, its all still my desktop's. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and firefox automatically restored all my desktop crap. I really need my laptop's bookmarks, any advice? Thanks in advance

Hi all, I did search the key word Outlook but did not see a helpful reply. I used my extension to clear the cache, did not help. I even call the help desk at work, they suggested Chrome and i was able to log on. I already have to use Chrome for Netflix, i don't want to have to move to another browser. I have Mozilla VPN but it is not on all the time. Please advise. thanks, E

Clive CaveyWhen you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.    On your computer, open Chrome.
   At the top right, click More More and then Clear browsing data.
   Select a time range, like Last hour or All time.
   Select the types of information you want to remove.
   Click Clear data.

Lately I have been experiencing issues/difficulties to access certain websites either an security issue (eg Site needs to verify the security of my internet connection. This verification process times out and of course results in not getting access. Or the following message gets displayed when accessing this site:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to mynikonlife.com.au.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies"

In both the above cases I experience no difficulties, using Microsoft Edge. Is there an solution to this or do I start using MS Edge (which I do not want to)?

I have made a decision on which theme & colors I want to use and have set it for default. However, whenever open my browser I have to change it to my default. Why do I have to change every time? Thanks

I do not want my searches to be reflected in the address bar. I believe in prior versions of Firefox there was a checkbox to delete that provision. I'm using Firefox 123.0 64-bit with Windows 10 and have been through the setting and more tools areas but found no way to remove that function. I did try the about:config suggestions but still have no joy.

When I'm viewing a PDF from within Firefox and try to print the page, it shows a smaller version between 1/2-3/4 of the size of the paper. I have "fit to page selected" and this doesn't change it. I try a larger than 100% scale and this doesn't change it either.

However when I download the pdf and pull it up using Acrobat it allows me to print full page, fit to page, scale, etc no problem.

Initially I thought it was my printer, but I removed and reinstalled the drivers for the printer and I don't have this issue with any other program except for printing from Firefox. It's almost like the Firefox browser has too small of a page default set so that it's fitting to a page, but the page is smaller than 8.5x11 printer paper.

How do I fix this?

My old device has broken and I was wondering if there's any way to transfer the open tabs from it to my new device?

I've signed in to my account already and it ported over my history as well as bookmarks but I don't see a way to port over the open tabs? I'm not sure if they were synced and I can't go back to sync them now as the previous device is broken

I have been a subscriber w/ copper.net email service for over 16 yrs. I am unable get in now, please help,it is VERY important.

The last few days I have been unable to connect to Microcenter (www.microcenter.com) when using FireFox. Get an error Forbidden - ID: db4a0787baff80adb2df6dd9d9881a53, the # changes everytime you try. But the website works fine when I use google chrome and microsoft edge.

Hi, I would like to export all my bookmarks once a day. This needs to happen automatically because it will be part of a bigger idea where I will be working with this file etc.

Is there any way to do this? For example: - do it using API directly in the Firefox Sync service? - do it via command line in Windows?

Any other idea?

Firefox keeps asking me if I want to start it with windows. Again. And Again. AAAAAAND AGAIN.

How can I disable it? Seriously, Mozilla is really doing their best to scare me away... How could they think it's a good Idea to annoy their users over and over again?
