CANNOT OPEN FIREFOX AT ALL

I click on Firefox Icon, the icon explodes out then nothing happens. I have also tried clicking on it while pressing the option key so I can go into troubleshoot mode and get the same result. I have not found anything so far that addresses this particular situation.

I was already logged into my firefox account with my iPad. The bookmarks from my computer were synced to the cloud. I am pretty sure, however, that my last session was not synced, that is, I am pretty sure that all the windows I had open on my computer were not synced to the cloud.

What do you suggest to get Firefox going again? Ideally, I would like to bring back the sites I had open on the computer the last time I used Firefox on it. Possible?

where are my saved passwords and bookmarks? I rebooter my computer, reinstalled firefox, log back in and the ONE thing that it is supposed to be storing is not there anym… (閱讀更多)

I rebooter my computer, reinstalled firefox, log back in and the ONE thing that it is supposed to be storing is not there anymore.

Any idea on how to get these back?
