Why doesn't Firefox load the images on the https://wvculture.org/ at the Vital Records tab in the Vital Research Records Search Selection of the Birth-Death-Marriage records? I have to open those on Microsoft Edge. I've tried closing all Add-ons in the Tools tab.

Hi! A vendor of a solution we use suggested unchecking the "Cookies" and "Tracking content" under "Privacy & Security" settings in the "Custom" section to help with an issue encountered using their services. Those settings look like global settings that would affect all the websites visited, not just the vendors'. Is that correct? What are the implications here? Would this mean giving up Firefox protections?

Hello! Could you help me, please? I forgot my main email name that i used for firefox account. How can i restore it? I tried 2 my emails and both of them is empty, no tabs, no apps, no bookmarks.

Although I can access every other aspect of my school account, I am locked out of email by a screen telling me: "Your login request has expired. Try logging back into the application" with the accompanying tab reading: "Universal Prompt Error".

Regardless of my logging out and trying again, and rebooting my computer, contacting the school's IT dept, I continue to be locked out through Firefox. Chrome will let me in.

Please help me resolve this problem.

I'm signed in on desktop and phone (they are synced), but I forgot my password, and I don't have a recovery key. I want to reset the password to avoid losing data, just to prevent. If I back up my desktop profile, then reset my password, will this backup be enough to recover all my data? Or is there something that it's stored just online/on cloud by firefox that won't be recovered?

This is a random error, with no specific website in question. The font display error, seems to be corrected when closing and opening the browser. It appears on specific parts of text within a website in a strange font (its always that "hand-written" font). On the example attached, it was a simple google search.

Missing pieces of high-graphics sites like Facebook or online games. And when I refresh Firefox, I lose all my settings and have to redo all of them. There ought to be an easier solution.

For years I've set the background display color in about:config to a medium gray, #CCCCCC. Main purpose was to change the background color of the about:blank page, which is my home page and my new tab page.

Note I am not overriding colors; #CCCCCC only showed up as the bgcolor for about:blank. Occasionally websites which forgot to specify a background color would show up with a medium gray background, a minor inconvenience and a hint their coding was not so great.

Just realized my background color selection for about:blank isn't working anymore. The background color of the about:blank page is white. Not sure when it changed. I failed to notice when the medium gray disappeared because I have been reflexively pressing the dim screen button. I have vision issues and need to avoid a white screen.

There was a question in 2021 about the about:blank page bgcolor turning white which was archived but does not look resolved.

Does about:blank now specify a bgcolor, overriding my about:config setting? I still have browser.display.background_color set to #CCCCCC. Do I need to change another value for about:blank now? Thanks for your help.

Using Firefox 105.0.1 64-bit on a Windows 10 Toshiba laptop.

Whenever I print my transfer transcript, it will always combine both the pages into one page. Using other browsers, I would be able to just print the first page but I do not have the option in Firefox. I would like to be able to just print the first page and not the combined page 1 and 2. Hello, we are having an issue with one webpage we visit very often not displaying correctly on our computer screen using Firefox as the browser. We have used this page for 5+ years on Firefox and in the last few days it went from displaying 3 Columns to 2 Columns on Firefox (very annoying). If we look at this same website page in Microsoft Edge it displays correctly. We have tried various search options to figure this out with no luck ~ hoping this "community" can help us figure out why and what to do to fix this! After I updated my ff browser to the current version, certain websites have had their text all messed up. I first tried restarting the browser and then my computer. Next I tried to purge all cookies. I then tried to remove all add-ons and then purged cookies again, but the issue still persisted.

Firefox version: 105.0.1 (64bit)

OS: Mac Big Sur 11.6

Any ideas on why this is happening or how to fix?

Went to update to 105.0.1 on a windows 8.1 machine. Update failed, removed previous version and now will not even reinstall running the installer. Installer returns setup.exe Application error. unable to start correctly.

Is this a false positive? This cache is nearly 1GB in size, are all the files needed?
