With the release of the new ESR version, version 115.x.x, the install creates a shortcut in the Windows Start Menu called "Firefox Private Browsing". How can the creation of this shortcut be prevented during install?

I have two profiles on one computer and I want to use these profiles in different languages for web pages (one in English and one in my native language). If I sign-in the two profiles using one common Firefox account, this seems to be impossible: a change of the language setting in one profile immediately reflects into the other profile. Is there a way to disable the sync of language? I want histories and bookmarks to be synced across the profiles and thus I want to use the same account. Thank you.
