power outage this morning... don't know if Firefox was open

Now bookmarks gone

library totally empty

backup restore yields message: "Unable to process the backup file"

cannot save new bookmarks

Recently I updated to the newest version of Firefox and ever since I have, Firefox loads and says, "The proxy server is refusing connections."

Whenever I go to chose "No Proxy" the settings are always this:

HTTP Proxy: 127.0.0.1 Port: 50424

for some reason, last night, Mozilla to NOT hold the homepage I have had for 2 years. I do not know what has changed-as far as I know nothing has.

This has been solved, by me re downloading and reinstalling Incredimail and choosing the "custom installation" option. I then unclicked the mystart for home page and search tool options. Now, everything is working smoothly again.

Hi I have a problem... Two days ago, I locked an add-on (Procon Latte Content Filter 3.3) with a password... I lost the password and now I can't disable or remove it...

How can I take the password back?

I am having some issues interacting with pdf documents online with a website called Equator.com. I am using the latest version of of Firefox (10.0) and running Mac OS Lion. What can be done to remedy this problem?

At one time, I could partially reduce a web screen and physically pull an icon off the upper-left corner and onto my desktop. I did that with Firefox, and it remains there today, making for easy access anytime I want to get on to that website. But those days apparently are gone. Why? When I switched from IE9 to Firefox I opened and switched between a number of browser windows. These now appear as tabs across the top of the browser window each time I open a new browser session.

Is there an option to delete individual tabs so they do not re-appear on subsequent browser sessions?

I currently have displayed 3 tabs for my gemail, two for Google account overview and one for Google help, plus one for Ask a Question Firefox. I can delete the tabs currently showing but they re-appear if I close and re-open Firefox browser.

Any info would be appreciated.

I like to add new Bookmark. When I like to add new bookmark I have done the following: 1. Bookmarks 2. Bookmark this page 3. folder Choose... 4. Add New folder with click on button New folder

Hi. I`ve installed a scam plugin from facebook. (named Adome Flash plugin update- or something like that) http://www.facebook.com/pcsanity/posts/244760748928544

Right now every several times, when I want to opent any web page, it appears a porn site. I`ve scanned my PC with kaspersky pure and spy boot seek and destroy and nothing has change. I don`t see that plugin in ff adons so I can`t to uninstall it normally.

What else can I do?

Ever since the installation of version 4.0 there has been an issue with the scroll wheel not working properly. For the most part it works but occasionally the wheel stops working and no longer scrolls the pages up and down. At this point I need to close out the browser and reopen.
