I love that you ask us to be nice! I have one bumper sticker on my car and it says: Just Be Nice.

I'm stuck signing into VPN. My email address is shown when I click on VPN in the menu bar but there's no on/off toggle. I click Get Started, it says "Signed in Successfully! Next: Turn on VPN" — but there's no place to do this. It says "Go to the open panel" – what is an open panel? There's an x in a dark circle next to the VPN in the menu bar. It feels like a continuous loop and I'm getting nowhere – that I can tell.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where the built-in Firefox VPN feature has completely disappeared from my browser interface. I cannot see the icon on the toolbar, and the feature is not active. Could you please clarify if this feature has been geo-restricted or temporarily disabled for certain regions, or if there is another hidden preference I need to modify to restore it? I now do have the VPN button on my toolbar but when I click on "Turn On VPN" nothing happens. I am logged in in my Firefox profile through the VPN settings under Privacy and Security.

I am on Mac OS 15.7.7, Firefox 151.0.1.

Why am I not able to turn on the VPN?

The new Firefox built-in VPN, rolled out to Australia this week, is not redirecting to the chosen country location.

Despite selecting either US or UK in the country list, websites are still identifying me as located in Australia.

For example, despite VPN being on and US selected, cunard.com still redirects me to my home location of Australia (see https://www.cunard.com/en-au in address bar). Screenshot attached. Other websites similar.

I cannot find the new built-in VPN or any icon to add to my toolbar. It was offered to me after update 150 but it only brought me to the support page on how to add it to toolbar. The icon is not at upper right corner of browser. And I found no way via Customize Toolbar to add the new VPN to toolbar.

Received invite for Free 50 VPN email, clicked on the "Turn it on" button it opens up Mozilla Support page nothing shows up in right corner of browser. I live in California in the USA and it doesn't And I made sure I was signed in, have Windows 11, I have Firefox version 150.1 Anything I'm missing here ? I have Ad Blocker an turned that off thinking that might cause it. I'm no computer wiz so maybe I missing something ?

The Firefox built-in VPN button disappears from my toolbar as well as from my customized toolbar options.

I wonder what is happening and I would like to recover it.
