I have multiple saved logins for single page and I can choose right account before login from list Firefox is displaying.
It was working perfectly (if site had single login saved it was auto-filled, if multiple - I could choose login from list).
But now Firefox is displaying logins that don't belong to site I'm in - how to get rid of that?

Hi, I keep deleting my search engine list in settings as I just want one, 'DuckDuckGo' to be used. But after a day or two Firefox keep adding others to my list and all of a sudden I'm using Yahoo again. This is SO frustrating. Why won't it just stay as I need it to be?

When I click the Back button, and there are several items in the dropdown history list, seems that I have to hold the left mouse button down for some pre-determined interval before the whole dropdown list is presented.
Before this interval transpires, the button appears pressed, but no dropdown list is presented.
Is there a configuration variable that sets this minimum time to hold the button down, before the dropdown list is displayed ?
If not, is there some other method to have the dropdown list displayed sooner, if not immediately ?
This is Firefox 7.0, Windows 7 x64

My Firefox is broken. It keeps making me use yahoo and it won't let me reset the default search engines , the button is grey won't let me click it. It keeps switching my default search engine to something else and i don't know why it first started when i didn't mean to download something i thought i deleted it but it will not stop popping up and making me use safe finder and yahoo. My restore default search engine button won't work since i can't click it , now I'm just left with mobzilla support engine because i tried to delete the search engine that keeps popping up.

I have allowed auto updates of FF to version 17 For all of the updates since I thin FF15 Kasp PM has failed to work with FF but works fine with IE (this is of course highly irritating). The Kasp website forum keeps issuing patches that it claims fix the problem but they don't. The add-on manager in FF always reports PM as incompatible and disabled. Has anyone had this problem and worked out a fix. The Kasp forum showed a bit of interest in my posts but now never seems to answer.

Also the « Add-on bar » is activated.The green McAfee SiteAdvisor button dissapeared after firefox update 16.02. I updated to 17 in case it would resolve the problem with no success. McAfee is still working by giving a warning page if I try to go on a suspiscious site. Also in google search result I no longer get the little McAfee evaluation icones.

Upgraded to FF17 from FF16. Noticed that when I scroll w/ my mouse it jumps about 5 or 6 lines, versus 16's 3 or so. Also, the old mouse shortcut of alt+mousescroll to scroll line by line is gone. A google search netted me the Gecko wiki explaining all the new mouse scrolling options under about:config, but it was mostly over my head. One part I did understand is the loss of the old "mousewheel.withnokey.numlines" and "mousewheel.withnokey.sysnumlines" strings.
I figured it out by changing mousewheel.system_scroll_override_on_root_content.enabled to "false", and it is working at the same speed as it did under FF16, but the ability that alt+mousescroll provided is still missing. Having the ability to customize the mouse scroll speed (instead of turning off the system scroll override) is still outside of my grasp as well.
How do I get my Norton Tool Bar to work on Mozilla 17.0 ?

1. This use of Firefox will be for visiting many different websites, a wide variety of interests.
2. I need this use of Firefox to be very limited and restricted, consistent with handling personal investments, banking, financial transactions. There will be very few websites, but with extremely secure, private, connections.

I tried this in FF17 and replaced the omni.ja with the edited version. As soon as I open FF Crashes.. Does anyone have a work around?

Right clicking on Outlook(the current email default I cant get rid of)does nothing.
