On certain websites, for example unsplash as described in the error code, Firefox always crashes. First the whole window including the menu bars will flash white and then it will crash... Opening in troubleshoot mode will lead to the same result.

I dont knows what happening but my Mozilla still crashes no matters what. Refreshing doesnt help. Opening in Helping Tool crashes too. Aplication working for 2-3 seconds in both situations. ID: bp-94ac7ca8-275b-48a3-b8ad-27f7e0211119

On my new PC with a fresh and fully up to date installation of Windows 10, Firefox tabs keep crashing for no reason.

Ticking all the boxes they give me in the crashed tab and hitting reload/refresh tab is unlikely to actually fix the tab. I have to hit that button at least 5 times to maybe get the tab working again and even then it's basically a coin-toss whether it actually gets fixed or not.

I have 7 firefox.exe.(number).dmp files with no way to upload them here but if there is an way to do that please let me know so I can provide additional data.

Please help me with this ASAP, I'd rather continue to use Firefox on my new machine than go back to Chrome. Thank you.

Two days ago Firefox randomly started crashing on start up. I click on the icon and the window pops up for a moment and then closes immediately. I get no crash reports. I have tried reinstalling Firefox and deleting the cached data. I have tried running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode and as an administrator. I have tried restarting my computer and updating my computer. I did not have any addons installed on Firefox and I was using the default theme. Nothing is working.

Any help you may have is greatly appreciated.

I have installed Firefox on my android phone now that I have installed Firefox browser on my desktop. Trouble is when I run it (on my phone) it very briefly flashes black & white blocks on screen and then makes my phone reboot. I have a Samsung galaxy S4 with android 9.0 (pie) installed. Is there anything I can do to make it work?

newest version kept crashing various pages I regularly visit. Uninstalled and then installed older version and keeps happening even though NO addons or even any bookmarks anymore.

Basically, firefox only opens new tabs. If you click on anything in the side menu, nothing happens. Of course, I tried reinstalling the program. I also tried clearing cache, refershing firefox as it was suggested in help pages. I also tried starting firefox in troubleshooting mode but it crashed and won't open in that mode. Although it opens in normal mode.

• Other browsers (Chrome and Opera) are working well.

Hi all, first time poster,

Very frequent firefox crashes has rendered the program almost useless, seems to continue to get worse as well. Minimal plugins enabled. Crashes still occur in Troubleshoot mode. No third party modules. Have also played around with performance mode. All continues to happen, in fact happened on this tab as I was typing this. Below are my recent crash reports. FireFox started crashing at FireFox launch. Tried reboot, tried refresh, uninstalled and re-installed, tried Safe Mode. Thought it was a new extension, but apparently not.

When my VPN client Private Internet Access drops its connection to the VPN server, all the tabs I have open in Firefox say they have crashed. I can restore the pages by simply refreshing, but it didn't used to be like this. This doesn't happen if I turn off wifi or manually disconnect the VPN, only if the VPN drops the connection. Very strange.

My environment: - Mac Mini M1 2020 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD - MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 - PIA MacOS client 3.1.2 (build 06767) - Firefox 94.0.2 (64-bit) -- ublock origin 1.39.0 -- greasemonkey 4.11

I couldn't get the crash data at all. But I managed to get this from the Terminal;

Hello, After FireFox update on 2-4-2022, FireFox crashes in seconds after startup and uninstall & reinstall does not help. I tried the uninstall & reinstall several times now. I am very frustrated. I have been using FireFox browser for many years not and have many bookmarks that I don't want to lose. Please help.

I am hoping someone from Firefox Development sees this and that something can be done for those of us who need to have several tabs open simultaneously. I often find myself engaged in research that for convenience requires that I have several tabs open which eventually leads to browser slow down, hanging, and sometimes a crash. Im convinced this is the correct analysis since defragging the ssd fixes it every time. I believe it would be very helpful if Firefox were to add a compressor to its file storage routine, first blush thoughts, possibly one compressed file per tab. When I get into heavy research I find myself defragging sometimes several times in a day, which temporarily fixes the problem. Any chance this can be added, or if anyone knows of a fix to this issue? rgds, j

Tab crashes and complete browser crashes have increased recently on my system. I have tried switching off extensions too, but can't get it to stop. Any help will be appreciated.

In the last two days Firefox crashes about 1-2 minutes after I start it. I've reinstalled it but nothing has changed.

I've restarted the computer

I have no problem with other software like google chrome.

Firefox crashes when attempting to view google maps street view. I have completed refresh, uninstall and reinstall. Went back to older version ESR to try that with no luck
