I have been having problems with Firefox on Facebook. Could not post personal photos. But could post any photos found on the Internet, unless I changed the name of photo. Now my Facebook page is just a jumble of black-and-white letters filling the entire page, some letters unrecognizable. I've tried resetting Firefox. I have shut off & on all plug-ins, add-ons, etc. I am assuming this has occurred since the latest install of Windows updates. I am using Windows 7 & plan to upgrade to 10 soon. I prefer Firefox over Google Chrome & hope that I will not have to switch just to use Facebook. Once again Facebook is just a jumbled screen of black-and-white text, letters with strange fonts. (PC code or script) I have ran various security scans & PC cleanup tools. It seems to be only on Facebook when using Firefox. Facebook is working fine with Google Chrome. all other web sites seem to be working fine with Firefox.

I use Facebook every day via this PC (Windows 10 & Firefox). . but as of yesterday the site started appearing as shown in the attached clip of a small section of the screen. I guess what's happening is the encrypted page is not being decrypted. .but why and how do I get it working again ? btw, I have no problem viewing the same web site (Facebook) on my Android device (Facebook app) and on my Windows 7 laptop, also via Firefox.

Facebook will load for the login screen but regardless of who logs in the new page loads as nothing but random text and gibberish. However using the default windows 10 internet explorer facebook will load just fine without any problems.
I have tried the following: -clearing cookies and cashe (and all history for Everything setting) -using the troubleshooting to refresh firefox -uninstalling and reinstalling firefox -attempted to run in safe mode -running with our internet security disabled (kaspersky)
None of those have made any difference. What is truely puzzling is the same event occurred a day before and a clear cookies and cashe followed by a system restart fixed it over night but it returned the next day.

I have cleared the cashe, removed facebook's cookie (this will bring me to the login page, but when I login it's just the gibberish). I tried refreshing firefox from the support page. This problem started 24 hours ago, and has never happened before with any site.

Ever since the last update facebook does not open in firefox. I did all the suggestions, cookies, cache, refresh, etc. FB opens fine in IE, but not firefox. No known other changes have been made. All other webpages that I go to open fine, just not facebook. No error messages or other problems have been witnessed. I tried loading it with my antivirus off and no change it still won't load. Recently Facebook began loading a page full of Random ASCII characters in Firefox. I tried Chrome, and it worked fine until this week, when it too started loading Facebook as random ASCII characters. I'm using Windows 10 64bit on a Dell XPS i5 PC. So far, MS Internet Explorer and Edge are working fine.

I had thought Firefox messed up but I uninstalled it and reinstalled the latest version and it still does it. After typing in the web for facebook log in page i get the mess. I then refresh and it goes to the log in page. I sign in and I will be signed in when i return. I click on it and happens again with refresh and it is corrected. I then go to Castle Age thru facebook and same thing happens over and over. My Internet Explorer has no problem what so ever. I have been using Firefox with no issues until now. Thank you.

Please see the attached image. This only started today. I can open Facebook fine in Internet Explorer, but when I navigate to the page in Firefox, I only see the page of code. I see the same or a similar page when I try to open the Facebook Scrabble page on my laptop, or Instagram.
I tried the following, and nothing has fixed the problem yet: - cleared the browser history, cache and cookies - refreshed Firefox - did a full virus scan with AdAware and found nothing - restarted my computer

My mothers ASUS laptop with Windows 10 recently started to show a script like page when access facebook on firefox. This always happens the first time the page is accessed after firefox is launched and again sometimes randomly. This does not appear to affect any other browser. So far I have tried to remove firefox and reinstall. Delete all cookies and saved information. Ran a virus scan with Kaspersky Ran a Malware Scan with Malwarebytes. Neither scan came up with any virus/malware.
Any suggestions.

I already tried starting firefox in safe mode, reinstalling firefox and removing history + cookies. I'm using the same profile on my laptop and it works fine there. Can anyone help me?

Whenever I try to access Facebook via Firefox on my laptop, the screen fills with jumbled, nonsensical text. I've provided an image of a portion of it. The problem is it only happens on my laptop's Firefox. Facebook works perfectly fine on my laptop's internet explorer and on my family computer's Firefox, yet does this on my laptop.
Sometimes, if I stay off of it for about 24+ hours, I can access it for about two minutes, before it immediately fails and jumps back to that wall of gibberish.
Also, it's ONLY Facebook. Every other website works perfectly fine.
I apologize if this question has been asked before, I don't know what a problem like this is called.

As I was setting my laptop on the end table, i had my tablet on the keyboard and it must have hit some function keys or something, now the entire page is characters. I have tried running troubleshoot in safe mode, refreshed, view is set to Western... This only happens for my facebook page which is what it was on when it happened, all other pages are fine and I can open facebook in MS Edge without a problem. I even cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh download of Firefox after restarting the computer. It still does the same thing! Help Please!

Not sure what is going on but when i went to Facebook a little while ago i see nothing but a script i think taking up the entire page. I have 46.0.1 installed and have tried restarting my computer, refreshing firefox, starting in safe mode with add-ons disabled. Nothing. However i did see this after refreshing firefox- "Your connection is not secure
