I'm trying to view my routers page at http://192.168.43.1.

Even though I type the full address with http: at the start Firefox automatically inserts https//.

This doesn't work as the router doesn't have a secure page.

I've gone into Firefox settings and found HTTPS-Only Mode is not enabled.

How do I view an HTTP site?

The "Print Tab" for my cruise does not show... but if i hover over it I can tell there's a tab there? I want dark pages but all fonts to be whatever color I choose but do not understand how to adjust this. Help

The screenshot function seems to have a bug. The function works as far as selecting "save full page" or save visible" but the image download never happens. Version is up to date and I have restarted but the issue persists.

Youtube's side panel on the left does not load at all, the videos on the homepage do but none of them can be played. When I play a video the website doesn't load that either. I only get an hourglass icon on the tab. Image attached.

Google search results don't show up immediately, despite being loaded. Only after about 7 seconds. Image attached.

I don't have this issue on other browsers. It has only started occurring 3 days ago, I'm clueless as to what the cause may be.

Solutions I have tried: 1. Restarting my PC. 2. Turning off all my extensions. 3. Running Firefox in troubleshoot mode. 4. Refreshing Firefox.

Hi. I'm trying to troubleshoot failure to resume a download in Firefox and I want to see the HTTP headers just like in Network Tab of Dev Tools, but I can't find how to open Network Tab from the "Downloads" list. Is it even possible?

As the title states, certain media elements within Firefox refuse to play with audio, but only with frustrating inconsistency. For example, any videos on Youtube are fine. Any videos on Reddit are fine. But many videos, most commonly on boorus and streaming sites I cannot name here, will not play. The volume on the video slider is all the way up, the Firefox application is not muted, the site is not muted, and the tab is not muted. The only thing that makes those videos play audio is if I left click on them to open them in another tab by themselves. While it solves the issue, it's still an extremely inconvenient way to go about my browsing. I know for a fact that this is a Firefox problem because those same videos on those same sites work perfectly fine within other browsers. Please, does anybody know of a solution to this issue?

For the past few weeks when I click into the URL address bar, I get a popup window covering the entire Firefox window (see screenshot). This is really annoying, as I have to escape out of this to get back to the window. It makes more sense just to place the cursor in the URL. Is there a way to disable this? Or is this a bug? Or is it a problem in my installation? I'm running Firefox 133.0 (64-bit). Thank you.

I met the same issue with https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27514404/web-worker-blocked-by-main-thread-in-chrome . It was asked 10 years ago and I learnt that it was fixed in chrome via https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40398809 . Is it a bug for firefox? Is there any way to work around? Thanks.

The list of previously visited sites in firefox windows seems to have shrunk in some recent update of firefox. Now, when I click the address bar I only get 5 options, the first being search with google and the remaining 4 being previously visited sites. Used to be that list was much longer. Is there a way to customize this, or revert it back to where it contains 10+ items?

During normal use, my Firefox looks... normal. See first attached image. But when I start typing in the address bar, everything but the address bar disappears. See second attached image. Is this behavior intentional? If so, which version introduced this behavior? And how do I disable it?

Yahoo isn't loading at all for me, more specifically guce.yahoo.com. I have managed to get into the login.yahoo.com page and log in but after the log in process it goes to the first page again and gives me the same "The connection has timed out". I just installed the browser and this might make me not use it ngl. I have tried both clearing cookies and troubleshooting mode.

How do I stop it from appearing please? It's the address bar.. field. I don't know what to call it, english is not my native language. I just want it to remain small and static like it always did. Now it becomes a huge field that takes up too much space and blocks my vision and I just want it to disappear.

I wish Firefox would stop changing stuff like this.

This happened too much, like 6 times when using firefox in this month. I dont want to shut the program because I got unsaved notes in it. I was listening to music and it just began to play it non stop. and it dont respond.

I try to restart network or suspend the process nothing works. If I could make firefox reopen to it's original state+ cookies; no site reloaded and get back my incogico it would be much appreaciated.

I am using VPN and have excluded FF using split tunnel, so I enabled Secure DNS in FF with Cloudflare. When I first launch FF, I get a blank page and nothing in the address bar. After that, I can open all webpages just fine. It's only that first page right when launching FF that doesn't work properly.

Hello i used firefox from as long as i can remember i mean so long there was no acoubt as such always loved Firefox but its turned to crap, and i have to admite its due to WINDOWS shit bags, they force an update then it ether goes so slow wont allow restart at normal update, then same problem every single time it fails the firevox system so then have to re download firefox but it will only allow it if i access it through windows so they have all the data off firefox to windows, so i then have to recovery to windows and remove all data off it. then reinstall firefox again it works fine i just sign in to firefox seperate from windows then after a few months it starts again then try and use firefox again but yet asks me auto in stall from my data from firefox and to windows again then if i refuse to it crashes firefox every single time. GET YOURSELF SEPERATED FROM WINDOWS.... THEY ARE SCUM download the ap and log in to firefox simple as block windows from stealing my shit i love firefox fix it or im out ive been with firefox way over 20 years wow even over 30 years over i think....

After Win11 update, Firefox started to just show "Gah. Your tab just crashed." I've uninstalled multiple times from MS Store and also direct from website. No luck. Safe mode works fine. My normal mode does not work even when all the addons, etc are disable. I'm a simple user with no customisations of the FF browser.

Tried new profiles, untick performance, etc.

I've even tried restore win11 update to an earlier date. Same result.

Other browsers work fine but I want to support Mozilla. I'm at the point of switching to another.

helo, my text cursor position always at behind of text make it hard to locate. e.g. when i click on "find in settings" box, the cursor locate at behind the "find in settings" words not at the front.
