I'm 84 and know little about computers - when I try to get into e-mail it says "program running but not responding" How do I correct this? Please help. Since I can't open my e-mails you can't reach me. Phone: [edited phone# from public community support forum]

I am trying to preserve my POCKET data before it all goes away. Mozilla responded to my email requesting data but when I opened the link I got this message that "the provided token has expired : despite it being less than 24 hours. Plus a lot of other characters meaningless to me. What can I do now?

I bought a new computer 7-1-25 and I wanted to contact you about problems with your update, but it rejected my Acct Key - and when I looked at the email I got with the acct key it said Windows 10 - which tells me someone hacked my old acct because I have Windows 11 as of 7-1-25!

I have lost all of my bookmarks, bookmark tool bar after Firefox's last update. I have spent the last day trying to recover what has been lost but I am having no luck in getting everything back in place. I have tirelessly gone over all your possible remedies and get no results. I can't even send a message to Mozilla through their help messaging system. My only recourse appears to start using another web browser. If I can't talk to someone who can help guide me through a mess I did not cause, then I am forced to find another company that is responsive to my problems. I found a folder on my desktop entitled Old Firefox data. It contains a folder entitled 3h0lsis5.default-release. It's almost 900 MB. Do I need this folder? Or can I delete it? Thanks in advance.

I have tried all of the recommended ideas in the articles about reloading bookmarks and nothing has worked.

I have the following problem and situation: I reinstalled Windows and did not write down the password for the Firefox account, and after logging in I restored the password, but it feels like my account has been re-registered, all saved tabs and passwords do not appear, but at the same time there is only one email that was used for synchronization and logging into the Firefox account. this email you can also contact through it: [email address]

I am definitely not interested in bells and whistles. Just want basic program. The new update ate my current settings and book marks. Did not create a backfile with my profile. Your help process sucks big time. Do you even do beta testing before you send them out?

I reinstalled windows, installed firefox and signed in but my bookmarks (toolbar) have not sync'd, I have bookmarks toolbar set to always show, and my android phone has firefox installed and the bookmarks are there, they just will not sync to my pc, whats up?

Hi I have lost all my browsing history and nothing I browse is saved. Also all my bookmarks have disappeared and I can't save anything even clicking on the star doesn't do anything I have quite a bit of stuff bookmarked, can you help? The browsing history and my bookmarks seemed to disappear at the same time.
