I am trying to preserve my POCKET data before it all goes away. Mozilla responded to my email requesting data but when I opened the link I got this message that "the provided token has expired : despite it being less than 24 hours. Plus a lot of other characters meaningless to me. What can I do now?

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. <Error> ExpiredToken <Message>The provided token has expired.</Message> <Token-0>

Have an old list of bookmarks that was imported from an old pc running widows vista to a new HP machine that shows as a firefox document on the desktop, List is outdated and needs to be edited with deletion of some of the old listings but can't figure out how to do that ???? I bought a new computer 7-1-25 and I wanted to contact you about problems with your update, but it rejected my Acct Key - and when I looked at the email I got with the acct key it said Windows 10 - which tells me someone hacked my old acct because I have Windows 11 as of 7-1-25!

It seems the only option to sync info between the Mac and iPhone is everything.

My Mac has Thousands!!! of bookmarks. And a long History.

I want less than a fraction of that info on my iPhone.

How can I be super-selective in what is synced?

I have lost all of my bookmarks, bookmark tool bar after Firefox's last update. I have spent the last day trying to recover what has been lost but I am having no luck in getting everything back in place. I have tirelessly gone over all your possible remedies and get no results. I can't even send a message to Mozilla through their help messaging system. My only recourse appears to start using another web browser. If I can't talk to someone who can help guide me through a mess I did not cause, then I am forced to find another company that is responsive to my problems. I found a folder on my desktop entitled Old Firefox data. It contains a folder entitled 3h0lsis5.default-release. It's almost 900 MB. Do I need this folder? Or can I delete it? Thanks in advance.

I installed last update and all my current tabs are gone!!! Ancient ones turned up! How do I get back my tabs. Need for a book I'm working on.

Plus my history now has my individual gmail emails in it? That I do not want.

Lastly it's synced with my phone tabs, which I don't want either. This is an unwanted, new addition.

Please advise. If I go to prior version, will it fix above issues? Very upset.

with the new function of Tab Groups i was wondering if it is possible, or can be added in the future, to sync existing Tab Groups to all or specific devices in order to access created groups on my private Macbook to my work Windows Firefox.

I have tried all of the recommended ideas in the articles about reloading bookmarks and nothing has worked.

I am using duck duck go. I was backing up stored settings and accidentally re-installed google. I cannot get duck back in mozilla settings--It says duck is my default, but moz opens to google. oops and help Thank you, Elsie [edited email]

My husband and I both use Firefox as our default browser. His macbook air did an auto update of his firefox and now he has no bookmarks, no search history and none of his many open windows are there. He has to file his timesheets tonight so we can get paid in a month's time. What help can you offer? IRecently started using firefox/mozilla exclusively on my mobile phone and HP laptop.

I have an AT&T yahoo email account which I have had for 20 years.

No problem on my mobile, but my email history wont re-sync on my HP laptop at this time, but does display as historically synced, BUT ONLY TO May 4, 2024 (for an unknown reason.)

I currently get to AT&T yahoo email account using:

• https://mail.yahoo.com/n/inbox/priority?.src=ym&reason=myc&accountIds=2
• Mozilla or Firefox Username: [edited] @snet.net,_
• Mozilla or Firefox Display name: [edited]
• Mozilla or Filefox Password: [edited]

Can you please help me with why the email account won't e-ync on the HP Laptopeven though I am logged in? There is no such problem with gmail.

I have the following problem and situation: I reinstalled Windows and did not write down the password for the Firefox account, and after logging in I restored the password, but it feels like my account has been re-registered, all saved tabs and passwords do not appear, but at the same time there is only one email that was used for synchronization and logging into the Firefox account. this email you can also contact through it: [email address]
