I have been using this wonderful browser since 2012, and it has been my default browser ever since. Recently, I've been facing an issue where I can't upload images, audio files, videos, or any other attachments on WhatsApp Web through this browser. To verify the problem, I tested WhatsApp on a different browser, and everything worked perfectly there.

I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Please guide me on what steps I can take to fix the browser and restore normal functionality.

 Firstly I have been using Firefox for about 2 decades and it has always worked perfectly - you can take a bow.
Now for my problem
I have been using Firefox for internet banking for many years without any problems - the usual login, password ans secret questions. Just after Xmas my bank updated it's website and suddenly nothing works. I was told that it now only works on Chrome and NOTHING else - not Firefox, Edge or anything else. I am able to log-in but can't see my account balances or perform any other functions - it just jams up to the point that I even have trouble closing Firefox.
I use Firefox exclusively because I don't trust Chrome or Google - they are just a massive data collection/sharing operation. I have Chrome Mask installed but it just doesn't make any difference.

 Is there anything that I can do or add-on to over-ride this problem?

I am running Mint Linux 22.2 with Firefox 151.0.1

I can't login to reddit on desktop but I can on mobile.I disabled all the extensions I have, cleared the site data and cache, reloaded the page after each of the aforementioned and am still unable to login. I can login with no issues on mobile and chrome. Every tip I saw said to disable malware bytes guard, but, I do not have that extension. Any idea what could be causing the issues?

when i try to access my Fidelity investments and Centennial banking accounts with correct username and password the screen goes into an endless loop or says "try again later. After calling helpdesks on both these accounts they say it's a Browser problem.

I have messenger loaded but with Firefox i can not video call when i want to call a friend or family. I have no way to call any one i do have a web cam. do i need to go to Chrome every time i want to call. Messenger has stopped desktop messenger that was how i could call but now i can not is there some way to Facebook video call on Firefox please let me know thanks I want to stay with Firefox why is there no way to get video calls on Facebook??

Today following a brief power outage I was no longer able to sign in to AOL with Firefox on my desktop computer. I am able to sign in to all other apps with no problem. I tried clearing my cache, restarted Firefox, restarted my computer and spent 30 minutes on remote desktop access assistance with AOL trying to fix the problem with no success. I can log in to my account using Chrome on the desktop computer and can log in with no problem using my Android phone but can't log in using my desktop computer with Firefox. I've verified that my Firefox version is updated. I am running Windows 11 Pro.

I would greatly appreciate any helpful advice.

When I try to setup my home page to be something other than the Firefox default the page never loads. Also, if I try to go to the page without it being my home page, it never loads. I can open that website on other bowers, also other websites seem to load in Firefox, but slowly. The webpage I want to use is www.aldaily.com.

I have searched on-line and performed the actions that are suggested - i.e. clearing cache, cookies, restarting the computer, restarting my router. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Firefox, nothing seems to work.

I would like to get some suggestions from you as to what I should try.

We have a intranet site that works in Edge and Chrome without issues with the site added to "internet options". But for some reason we are getting 401 Unauthorized when trying to access it from Firefox. I have tried adding the urls to: network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-proxies: true network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-non-fqdn: true network.auth.force-generic-ntlm: false network.auth.force-generic-ntlm-v1: false

Ingocnito mode , same error. I have tried disabling all plugins. Disabled DNS over HTTPS.

A client of ours has recently raised an issue with with us stating where right-click, Paste does not work when adding text to a new LinkedIn post

After investigating, we have been able to reproduce the same behavior on our devices.

However, from our testing, we can right click to past on comments, messages and searches just fine

Troubleshooting already attempted:

Cleared Firefox cache Performed Firefox refresh Tested across multiple devices

We have confirmed this occurs on:

Clients device My work desktop My work laptop My personal desktop My Personal Macbook

This issue appears to have started after updating to Firefox version 151.0.0. I know this as i have tested this on my work laptop, appeared to work fine then stopped working after manually updating from 150.0.3 to 151.0.0.

Please let us know if there are any known issues, additional troubleshooting steps, or if further diagnostic information would help I have attached screenshots of the issue.

I have also tested this in the Google Chrome web browser and appears to be working correctly as also seen in the screenshots.

Since last update...the reaction emojis on Facebook are blacked out. The entire bar of emojis are not visible. It is all black. Yet the words are visible when hovered over. There seems to be nothing wrong with the FB site and it has been suggested it could be the browser. So if you have any reports of glitches like this ...would be nice if you could fix. I use WhatsApp web with Firefox 151.0.3 on a Macbook Air. In WhatsApp web, you should be able to emoji over a message sent by someone else. One clicks on the smile icon at the side of the message, the emoji pallet appear above and select one of a handful of emojis. Since a recent update, the pallet no longer opens. It's just white space, the cursor does not change allowing you to pick one of the emojis. See screenshot. Is there a fix for this please?

I recently switched to Mozilla Firefox and noticed that one of my business websites won't open in the browser. I'm not sure whether the issue is with my website or Firefox itself. Has anyone experienced something similar?

For the past three days (A/O 06/01/2026) I, (and others who have posted on various sites) cannot access a functioning log-in page for Google or Gmail via Firefox. If I (and others) use an alternate browser e.g., Edge, the log-in page functions and displays as it should. However, when using Firefox, the page displays as the image I've included - no functional 'log-in' icon and no Username or Password box. Using 'Private Viewing' makes no difference. As other browsers work, I will assume this is a Firefox issue. As there is no way to submit trouble tickets, I'll leave this here in hopes that someone from Firefox will pursue the issue.

I am facing an issue with my website https://ppscjobz.pk.

The website opens normally in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and on mobile devices, but some users have reported that it either loads very slowly or does not open correctly in Mozilla Firefox.

I have already checked:

SSL certificate Website hosting DNS settings Cache and cookies Mobile responsiveness

However, the issue still seems to occur for some Firefox users.

When I click the "story continues" button in a Yahoo news article in Firefox, nothing happens. In Chrome, it works fine. An example page with a button of this type is here .

Nothing jumps to mind about a setting that would be responsible for this, but I'll put it out there. Any thoughts? Or is this just a Firefox bug?

ok now every time Firefox updates im on a a page and yes i do have ad ons or extensions which Firefox offers and if we are not supposed to use the why offer them Ill be on a page mostly A Facebook page and it keeps asking me to stay on or leave page on Facebook page stay on page or leave page I try to hit stay on page and i can not i have have to ht leave page what is going on and why i hate this thing why do i have to keep refreshing the page why is this happening do i need to remove the add on you support this is just not right

I go through the process up to 2FA then I get this message " Looks like there’s a problem with this site The server at outlook.live.com sent back an error: 401 Unauthorized".

I recently tried MS Edge even though I always use Firefox. I went through the login process including 2FA and got right in to my email. Can you help?

I prefer to use Firefox and have used it for years.
