Hi Mozilla Support,

I have a question about Firefox VPN and its 50 GB monthly allowance.

I recently came across an unofficial open-source Android client called FoxyVPN (https://github.com/Vauth/FoxyVPN/releases). It appears to use a Mozilla/Firefox account to access the same VPN service, but instead of routing only Firefox traffic, it provides a system-wide VPN tunnel for the Android device.

Could you please clarify whether Mozilla allows users to access the 50 GB monthly Firefox VPN allowance through third-party clients like this, or whether this allowance is intended to be used exclusively through the official Firefox browser?

I’m asking because I want to make sure that using such a client does not violate Mozilla’s terms or the intended use of the service.

up until yesterday I had no issues downloaded data from https://heasarc.gsfc.nasa.gov/xamin/ now nothing happens at all

Firefox is not allowing me to share my screen in Zoom. It states that the browser is preventing access to your Share Screen. How do I fix that? I do not see anything in Settings that applies.

One of my shortcuts has no picture. The instructions for a custom picture ask for an URL. I have a picture on my file, but no url. What can I do? I have already asked this question before but have not got an answer yet.

This morning when I logged into my computer and opened Firefox, I received pop-up after pop-up message warning me that my computer had been infected with 3 viruses. When I clicked on one of the pop-ups, it took me to where I would have to pay something like $160 to fix it.

I immediately ran a virus check on my computer which showed absolutely NO THREATS. Since I these messages do not appear unless my Firefox browser is opened, I believe it is malware that potentially has invaded Mozilla.

I am reporting this, asking that you fully check this out. I am VERY careful what I click or do not click, and my system says there is nothing. Please help.

As recently as yesterday I was able to hit the CTRL+H keys to bring up my browsing history. That no longer works - now it looks like I need to open the menu then type in clear history which will up the clear history. CTRL+H was much easier - why add extra steps??????

I'm new to Firefox. I have everything set to light mode, which I am new to as well. When I open a new tab, the search bar at the top of the page is white like I want it; however, the search bar in the middle of the page is black no matter what I try to do. Any way to fix this? Both bars are set to the same search engine... I have a custom theme set but when I switch it to one of the default themes, the search bar is still black.

Is there a theme or some other way to restore the classic styling instead of having these pills everywhere? This UX doesn't even make sense...tabs used to connect to the page content they were displaying, now it's just some disconnected oval; I have trouble seeing which tab is selected now because it's all various shades of grey that are about half a bit of luminosity away from each other...looking for suggestions on the best way to restore some sanity to this UI...

I have an old laptop - Sony Vaio - that will only run Windows 7. Since no browsers over there can actually work anymore, I have been trying to download Firefox 115 ESR to my windows 11 laptop. I can never get the installer for 115 ESR... Aby ideas?

I cannot download anything from any website when browsing on Firefox. My decision is therefore whether to download an older version of Firefox or use Safari just for downloading files, which means creating new links on Safari for all emails and other websites that I download from. Firefox has exceeded all previous mess-ups by upgrading itself today (apparently sometime when my battery went flat and was then left recharging), and this happened despite my account being set for 'upgrades to be only installed manually'. Now every bookmark, all passwords and all the settings of my Home Page have been erased. I have no 'restore point' to resort to as supposedly all this info is synced to the cloud. But I can find no method to retrieve any of these files let alone one to restore them. This is a nightmare. Please help.
