I have windows 10 pro (64), 22H2 OS build 19045.4170, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19054.1000.0 and latest Firefox (125.0.3) installed on A HP Pavilion Notebook 17 F121DS, Serie 5CD4355YDX. Touch Keyboard (not to be confused with on-screen) opens and closes immediately; sometimes, on the first occurrence, it stays open long enough to be able to click on a text field and then disappears. "On screen keyboard" works fine as does "Touch keyboard" in Edge and Chrome and all other Apps. Since this is a recent occurrence, and a lot of odd changes took place after the last FF update, I have reverted to Firefox 124, after this did not work also did a restore to last Restore Point from April. No change! I have consulted the [1754973] as well as [1750584] , but these did not help me much further. Any suggestions or is there a bug?

My sign-in ID is aaaan email that has been cancelled. As long as they don't asl me to retrieve any codes oranything it works of course. If anything is sent to that email I can not retrieve it. Usually kepping me out of Fire fox. I need to see if amyonr know how to change your sign-in ID>

I get the message: Gmail may not work well with this browser version. Please upgrade to a supported browser. Just got it today. FireFox is version 125.0.3 for Windows 11. On gmail help, it said to disable extensions and add-ons. I did this, restarted Firefox and get the same message.

Hello Good People,

I installed Firefox a few days ago and it was looking good. I don't like that icon in the top-left hand so I right clicked it and removed it. All was good. However, today there is a blank black space in the corner as if the icon was back (but without an actual icon). It's only a small thing but it bugs me. I want the tabs to be shifted all the way over to the left like they have been up to today. It's triggering my OCD. Anyway, any advice appreciated.

When opening a new website when a window is already opened I want Mozilla to add a tab and not create an entirely new window. How do I change this feature which presumably is in "settings".

https://tasmota.github.io/install/ This is an example of what i am tryingto achieve bit no matter on which site i am , i do not get to choose from ports and my devices and always faults out saying similar messages that the browser does not support web serial in one way or the other for any site doing similar task. error message is as shown in the image shared basically complains of browser not supporting web serial.

I recently have gotten a message about manually updating Firefox on my Windows 11 system. Even after I updated, I then I started getting the same message and also "Failed to check for updates" in the Firefox "about" box and settings page.

I even went about uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling it while deleting the Firefox Program Files and user AppData directories. I also checked for a Windows Firewall entry for the program.

Is there something in another directory or registry setting I need to delete or change? Or does Firefox use a different program for updating that needs a firewall rule?

Please help. I have always been able to access Google Images when using my Firefox browser. Now I only get a limited few. For example if I am searching for images of Cedar Waxwings (a bird) I only see a limited amount of images and the word "Store" keeps showing up. Please tell me how to restore my otherwise satisfying experience of access all IMAGES. Thanks.

I knew that answer was total BS as I already had 3 items in the Firefox taskbar So I did a quick test and all that is needed is to drop a file into the Firefox taskbar is to drag & drop it there.

I tried 1.) A file short cut from the desktop, 2.) A site from another FF open tab, 3.) a file from W: File manager, L: Dolphin and all were successful.

So I'm guessing this is such an old post, saying "not" possible, so should be deleted!

when I search for a page after opening a tab. The page will load slowly then stop. I'll then have to hit enter again for the page the load. This does not happen with Chrome or Edge. Any ideas how to fix this frustrating issue. Thanks.

I already re-installed Firefox but this bug keems popping up.

BTW: I did not do a d*** thing. It just started yesterday and is extremely annoying!

I reinstalled the Visual C++ and Firefox loaded when i ran the Firefox repair but totally locked up. Unable to get to settings or any website and will not run after closing it.

When switching from one tab to another, streaming stops and video won't play in background. I've tried all the main fixes suggested I've found. Nothing worked. Please help! Will be using alternate browser until fixed as it's too unwieldy for me to use this way.

I currently have a 'bad/rouge' session of Windows 7 Firefox (don't really know how that happened) open (7 'Windows', each with one empty Tab plus 1 'Window', with only 1 populated tab (Yahoo Mail)! I need to close Firefox in order to restart my laptop (strange things have been happening, including not being able to access the internet)!! On restarting, I want to be able to open Firefox with the previous session I had with my 8 'Windows', each with dozens and dozens of Tabs! Please help, I sorely need those many 'Windows' and Tabs!!!
