i want to activate the build in VPN but it says i need to sign in. so i do that. then it says i need to click on it and it sends me back to the sing in and tells me to do it again...

I'm not super familiar with Firefox VPN as I don't use it often but I was using it for a Canadian page earlier and then all of a sudden it stopped working and I can't access it anymore. What's going on?

the build in VPN is not working anymore: the messages we get are often like "no internet connection". i did use it now for some weeks, but after the last update it stopped working now for some days.

I have been able to use the builtin VPN for a couple of months now. In the past week, when I try to turn on the VPN, I receive a message that I am not connected to the internet, even though I already am.

What is the issue?

YouTube Has Blocked ALL of current VPN I have been using the Built in FireFox VPN from the start was enjoying the ability of watching YT videos I can not find or watch as I live in the Great White North

Since a few days the free VPN in Firefox doesn't work anymore. When I activate it and try to load a website, i get the message: Connection with VPN failed. Try again in a few minutes. It also says, that my connection is possibly not private and that an app can possibly see my data traffic. The VPN always used to work fine, and I didn't change anything.

I've recently discovered the free Mozilla Firefox VPN. I live in Canada and I use it in order to watch anime from a legal French site. However, a few days ago, the list of countries available when I click on « Select Location » was suddenly significantly reduced while I was watching an episode. Now, it only shows very few countries (South Africa, Germany, Argentina, Australia, the United States and Japan). France completely disappeared from the list. I tried to disconnect and reconnect from my account once, and it originally fixed the issue. But then I made the mistake of disconnecting and reconnecting it again (I don't remember why), and now the problem is back again, no matter what I do.

Could you please tell me what should I do in order to get the longer countries list back (and especially the French location)?

Whenever I turn the free 50GN Firefox VPN on, regardless of the set VPN location, my connection immediately cuts. I've tried refreshing Firefox, raising and lowering my security and DNS over HTTPs settings, clearing DNS cache, and updating Firefox, but none of these attempts fixed it. I can tell its the VPN since everything will load again after I turn it off.

When I had my DNS over HTTPs set to default, it used to say I was connected to cloudflare, but after trying the VPN with it set to off or custom, it now says "DNS over HTTPs is off" when set to default. When I turned on the VPN while the default setting was on, it gave me an error message regarding cloudflare that I can't remember or recreate now that the "DNS over HTTPs is off" at all times. It will only say I'm using cloudflare on the custom setting.

I had a similar issue to this issue a couple months ago, but I resolved it by putting my security settings to default. This time, it seems to be a bit more complex than that.

No web pages are loading when the built in Firefox vpn is on. Worked fine a few days ago and I haven’t changed any settings, still have GB allowance. Just seems to have stopped working. Web pages load fine with it off. Changed browsers and still nothing. On windows 11. Cheers

Yesterday when I used the Firefox VPN I could select United Kingdom, but today it does not appear in the list of countries available. I need the United Kingdom to access a streaming service.

Using the VPN, there is an option to select a country. However, this doesn't work. I have tried various countries and with every country I select, I am placed in Chicago. Is there a way to make the location selection more accurate?
