I just had an update of Firefox, and next thing I knew, I had a message from "Mozilla Security" telling me it had found "critical process activity on my system and will perform fast scan of system files.

It then directs me to Click "Start Protection" button to erase all threats. If I do that, an install program window pops up with: installInternetDefender_143.exe from http://monozsa.ce.ms

I don't automatically click on those unless I know they are legitimate. I'm just concerned that the security issue came about after I received an update to my Firefox.

I already have a security program installed on my computer through my internet provider--why would it not have picked up these infected objects? Is this legitimate? It

Received pop up notification of available update to firefox. Installed update. Now can only play one game of pogo hearts. Attempt to play next game presents only black screen. Have to restart the computer again to play another pogo game. Have tried several solutions, e.g. clear cache, delete cookies, etc. No help. Apparently latest firfefox download has corrupted some applet or other.

Any help available ?

My form autocomplete shows blank drop down menus with 'Form History' still stated beside the blanks when I type in entries I previously entered.

It is remembering what I entered, but the options are blank. Please help, this is really annoying. I also lose form history (when it was working properly) after I leave Firefox idle for more than 5 minutes. It's been like that for a long time, but my form history (autocomplete) used to stay intact if I left the computer for a bit. I know exactly how to use my privacy options, they are set the way I always had them set when form autocomplete used to work properly for me.

I upgraded to 3.6.14 and now java keeps crashing

I allowed the browser to update to 3.6.14. Now when I am in pogo I can play only 1 game, and when the game ends, I cannot get a second game, I get an error message after … (閱讀更多)

Everything I print in Firefox (email, web pages, etc.) prints in large type and the right side is cut off. Selecting "fit on page" doesn't fix the problem. Printing at a smaller % doesn't stop the page right cutoff. How do I fix?

Everything is printing too large and cutting off the right side of the page. It does not do this in Explorer.

Latest version of java is installed and is working in IE.

Firefox (3.6.1.14) cannot load Gmail if *any* extension is enabled. I've cleared all cache (with or without a Gmail tab)/history (timerange=everything)/cookies for Google & Gmail but no effect. IE has no issues. How can this be corrected?

This problem presents both before and after upgrading to FF 3.4.16. Numerous cache/history/cookie purges have had no effect. Gmail loads fine if FF is run in Safe Mode. It is also fine if all plugins are enabled and all extensions disabled. If any extension is enabled I can log into Gmail but the following page (the actual email page) cannot load; it hangs and eventually suggests using HTTP mode. HTTP mode does load completely if invoked.
