I became a NYTimes.com digital subscriber about 6 months ago. I've had no problem reading as many articles as I want until a few days ago. All of a sudden NYTimes.com is blocking me from reading articles, saying I've reached my monthly limit. I contacted NYTimes and they recommended clearing the cache, which I've done 5 times. I've cleared everything, then quit out of Firefox and restarted multiple times and I still have the problem. I've even restarted the computer. I am using Firefox 11.0 which I updated today before my latest attempt at resolving this problem. I'm on a MacBook Intel Core duo OS X 10.6.8. Thank you.

I took a leap and a leap of faith upgrading from Firefox 3.something to 11.0. I'm working through the little annoying differences in the user interface, but I'm having a problem with scrolling.

I can't put my finger on any particular web site or page size, but I find that occasionally my mouse scroll wheel will stop working with Firefox and I must use the scroll bar to move through a document. Once it goes, it's gone. I can move to another tab that previously scrolled with the wheel and it no longer does.

If I close Firefox and restart it, the scroll wheel works again (even with the page on which it previously quit. If I leave Firefox running but switch to another application, the scroll wheel works there, so it's unlikely that the driver has become corrupted.

I'm running Windows XP SP3 and Firefox 11.0 (downloaded and installed 4/5/2012)

Since upgrading to firefox 11 I have to reinstall adobe flash player 11 each time as it disappears when I reboot. But works fine otherwise. Also after downloading the download window stops responding. This is happening all the time lately.

I checked my plug-in and was told the Google Earth Plugin was outdated. I clicked on the "Update" option but nothing happened. Usually when I clicked on that option, it'll open the developer's website so I can proceed the update. But this one just sat there and nothing happened. So how could I update this plug-in?

I have an iMac. Mac OSX .... Version 10.5.8 I have had Firefox installed for a long time, and use it more often than Safari lately. However, when I am on the FF page where it tells you which plug-ins are okay and which are outdated (with a warning), at the top of the page there is a message saying that my computer "Does not meet the requirements to run Firefox". And yet I have it and use it! Maybe the message actually means that I can't update to the latest version? But also I don't know if I should go ahead and try to download the updated plug-ins. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I can download Firefox 28 and extract the files but nothing happens after that. I did get it to work, but it only lasted a few minutes and then went back to Firefox 11.

I HATE all these upgrade versions. I was with firefox 6 for a long time and finally decided to go to firefox 11. Of course TACO which blocks all the social network tracking and google crapalytics etc. is not compatible with firefox 11. How do I go back to a version that all my extensions and add ons will work with? I can't find anything other than firefox 3.6 download on here. Mozilla, if you are reading this, please STOP with all the versions...it will be a long time before I ever download a newer one, because every time I do this kind of thing happens!

Hi after updating firefox I can no longer watch sky go using firefox.Using internet explorer it works ok.Any suggestions as to why the sky go programs simply will not load and run.i do not get any error codes.It as if firefox trys to loasd the programs but never completes the download/connection and is a continous loop. Any suggestions please as I much prefer using firefox.

On my home computer, a fresh Firefox 11 install has the 3D button, but on my work computer where I just upgraded from 10 to 11, the button is not there.

Are there some prerequisites for the 3D DOM inspector that I don't know about? Is there a way to find out why it's not showing up, or to forcibly enable it?

I am using Mac OS X Lion. I use Firefox for my research and have numerous bookmarks organized in folders. All the bookmarks disappeared after I upgraded to version 11. I have tried looking for my profile as suggested in the forums and help documents but I cannot find it. I have Time Machine Backups of my entire system. Could someone please tell me which folders and/or files to restore to get my bookmarks back?

I cannot drag this disc to the trash to get rid of it because it says Firefox is using it, but that can't be the case since there is no disc. I want to get rid of the disc icon.

Hi I tried to reinstall flash player........I install via plug-in finder but it failed....and I also tried to install flash manually.....but firefox still cannot find flash player plug-in and cannot play any youtube video and flash games

I have a website with embedded mp3 soundtracks that work fine when using IE but not with Firefox (latest version.11Beta). Have tried all the suggested plug-ins to no avail. Running WinXP 64-bit 2003 SP2. Video & soundtrack works fine on other websites such as u-tube.
