I am on MacBook Pro Venture 13.4.1, firefox 147.0.1. How do I restore old windows with their tabs? I tried to have only one of my 5 windows (with tabs) opening every time I opened firefox. Always two opened, the second one was always the same and not one I had most recently used. Couldn't find an answer, so I went to settings and turned off "Open previous windows and tabs" and turned off firefox and back on again. Then all my windows were gone! How do I get those 5 windows back?

Recently, Firefox updated and ask me to setup a profile, which I have not yet done since importing my data from google chrome in 2025. After skipping the setup, Firefox then deleted all my data and it has since been irecoverable. I have already checked the box last update that specifically said to not ask me again for setting up my profile. After the recent update, the question popped up again and now I cannot recover my original profile, all my browsing history, all my browser-saved data, and all my cookies and logins

With the update I lost everything, bookmarks, passwords, extensions, and themes that extensions gave me.... LIKE WTF did you do? I need to get all my stuff back as it was, just on the extension that let's you create a theme, took me an entire day and maybe more to be done, and by day I mean more than 24 hours, now I don't even got my history, bookmarks, NOTHING!!!! I need my stuff as it was, I will be waiting for a response, a proper response on how to get all back, if not please let me know so I could move to another browser like Brave... I spend a considerable amount of time in Mozilla and all the features, all gone, and because of this I didn't switch to Brave

please help, i did the FF security update and lost everything! i have no passwords or bookmarks please send me a link or something to recover to last weeks version of FF this is driving me crazy.

HOW MANY TIMES can Firefox lose my bookmarks......again and again and again. Restoring from a profile is stupid because all new bookmarks are still gone. This product used to be good...now it is so unreliable that I am switching to Edge which never loses my bookmarks. NO.....I DID NOT DO THIS!! YES, YOUR PROGRAM DID AGAIN. NO I ADDED OR DELETED NOTHING. IT IS IN FACT YOU!! Every time an update in installed I face this. I no longer have a single shred of confidence in this product. Every month or so...BAM....bookmarks gone again. RIDICULOUS. And you want donations for this?

I have used firefox as my brouser on my PC for years with all my bookmarks and passwords. Now without my old computer, how do I restore all my account passwords and bookmarks as it was before.? I am using windows 11 on a Dell desktop PC. Please help. I am not a computer genius. Is there a phone number to call for live help.
