Video Conference camera with sound ,,where is it to engage

I'm using the latest version of Firefox. A website I visit a lot - https://www.underconsideration.com/brandnew - uses the Disqus system in its comment section. The problem is that no comments at all show up when viewed in Firefox, I have to switch to Safari just to read and engage with the comment forum. Why is this happening? Any ideas? Thanks.

I use the Firefox browser.
While online, as I pressed a letter , Firefox closed, and its icon on the Taskbar disappeared.
After finding a Mozilla support page, and updating the browser, I found that all of my Bookmarks had disappeared.
And even worse. I tapped the 3 bars in the upper right corner to go to > Settings > Privacy Security > Saved Passwords. All of my Passwords were eliminated too. This is disastorous.
Help, I'm 71 years old.
The latest update tries to open my previous tabs.
Second problem: Full screen is disabled; I now have to use F11 to toggle. (It's irritating)
