Hi!

What goes wrong with a simple tracking request on the UPS website? Try my actual case with the following link: https://www.ups.com/track?tracknum=1ZA06B736800244687&loc=fi_FI&requester=QUIC%2F/ The response in Finnish is always: "Emme voi suorittaa seurantapyyntöäsi tällä hetkellä. Yritä myöhemmin uudelleen." A quick and dirty translation is: "We cannot execute your request right now. Try again later".

This is an everlasting problem. But try the exactly same link on Chrome or Edge, and it works fine.

Problem: Cannot clear history from Firefix Started with Menu and clear recent history. Looked everyplace there was information about history. Tried removing individual entries. Ran Malwarebytes. Dell XPS 8960 with Windows 11 less than one year old. No response with any steps I take. Also, there are no error messages. I am unable to clear history no matter which tools I use. No error messages. All the suggestions I tried had no effect. Used Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox.

Oddly, I tried my older Dell Inspiron 3650, with Windows 10, and clear history works like it should. 

Used Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox. So far, all the advice goes down the same path; history, clean recent history, manage history, etc.. Tried refreshing and today I deleted Firefox app and reloaded. No improvement. Hello. I cant login with firefox today. It says wrong password, but i tried with google chrome and i can login. Its seems the problem to be related to only firefox. I tried deleting the cookies and stop extensions, try to login with private browsing, refresh firefox and i still cant login with firefox. I dont get e-mail if i try to reset password with firefox while with chrome i get. Yesterday everything was fine.

Hey, I am trying to synchronize my mobile tabs with my desktop app. Unfortunately, this is not working. I am using the latest version of Firefox and Windows 10. Any ideas how and if I can solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

Firefox always auto-fills in the wrong phone number. But I can't find a setting that contains my phone number. How do I change my phone number that Firefox auto-fills?

I'm trying to stop Firefox from restoring tabs after I restart my OS. So far, I've done the following:

• Disabled `Startup > Open Previous Windows and Tabs`
• Disabled all extensions
• Confirmed I do not have a `user.js` file
• Set `browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash` to `false`
• Set `browser.sessionstore.restore_on_demand` to `false`
• Set `browser.sessionstore.resuming_after_os_restart` to `false` (It was already set this way.)
• Set `browser.sessionstore.max_resumed_crashes` to `0`
• Set `privacy.clearOnShutdown.openWindows` to `true`
• Set `browser.sessionstore.max_tabs_undo` to `0`
• Set `browser.sessionstore.max_windows_undo` to `0`

(I've since reverted the last two and the extension changes after they didn't work.)

So far, Firefox will not restore tabs on application restart (manually closing and relaunching) or on crashing (after sending SIGTERM/SIGKILL), but it still restores tabs after restarting the OS (if I allow the OS to kill it during shutdown). I've seen a couple suggestions to disable history completely, but I do occasionally refer to my browsing history, so I'd prefer a less-drastic approach. Ideally, I just want Firefox to treat the first launch after a shutdown as a normal launch and not apply any special behavior. Any help would be much appreciated!

This falls under: Accesibility, or passswords, or privacy & security... Or, this fumbducker shosn't doe nit. Anyhow, if you've more smarts and knowledge than me, I need to solve the above mentioned problem. Many thanks.

Firefox updated to the latest version and it lost everything. All my saved passwords are gone, all my bookmarks, data, etc. It said I could sign in with my account and it would sync them and bring them all over, it didn't. I can't use the original profile because it says it's outdated, I don't even know if it's the correct profile anyway. What am I supposed to do?

Hello, I am facing an issue while playing YouTube videos in Firefox. The videos are lagging and not playing smoothly, even though my internet connection is fine. Please help me fix this problem.

For years I have clicked on the clear history, clear data and manage data on the settings page in privacy and security--directly after leaving every website, just to be sure...now nothing is happening when I click on them. FF is up to date and nothing is different (that I know of).

My account has my primary email and it used to have my secondary email connected as well. I now want to create a new account with the secondary email so I can have another profile, so I deleted my secondary email from the manage accounts on my primary email. I ensured that this says it is removed on all devices and it is. But when I try to create a new account with that secondary email, I keep getting the error that I need to sign in my primary email and I am taken back to my profile with my primary email.

How can I fully detach my secondary email so that I can make a new account with it?

I was resetting my password entered my email code recovery key it didn't ask for my authenticator got an error invalid token then after retrying it asked for email and authenticator but not the recovery key the account now says I have no key
