Since using Windows 11 25H2 I can nolonger install any extension

After having upgraded my W11 system to 25H2, I cannot install any extension. Installation terminates with "... something may be broken". I'm using FF 144.0,2. FF is used in more than one account alternatively.

On a second system, with less security measures, I have no problems.

When I try to open the Capital One Eno extension in Firefox, I get the error report: File not found

Firefox can’t find the file at moz-extension://7320386b-4a09-4c92-82b4-0c35a233d29a/consent/index.html. It works fine when using the Chrome browser.
