How do I disable these annoying Firefox pop ups??? This happened a few months ago and I wound up buying a new computer - now the same crap is happening on this new computer..... It takes up a good portion of the right - lower portion of my screen......I delete one of the three, another takes its place......sick of this

Firefox tab crashes whenever I try to open Firefox. I have AOL and Firefox browser. I've tried the close and reload, restart laptop, and redownloading Firefox to no avail. However, I was able to open my AOL and email. I reached this help page using Edge.

No matter what I try to read or go to, Firefox crashes repeatedly. I literally cannot use it at all. I keep getting: Gah. Your tab just crashed. We can help! Choose Restore This Tab or Restore All Crashed Tabs to reload the page/pages.

Clicking those options fixes nothing! How do I go back to the previous version, please?

The update to v145 completely changed how background color and highlighting of HTML emails are displayed. It was nicer before. Can someone please share which setting in about:config to change to return to HTML display in previous versions?

One of the things I like most about Firefox is the home page with 'tiles' for my most used websites. Since the last upgrade some of my tiles have the website logos but most do not. Is there a way I can fix this?

I recently bough a new computer and transferred all my data, passwords and bookmarks to it. Each time I opened my mozilla browser I was encouraged to create a profile , but each time I just continued without creating a profile. Finally today I was not given an option to proceed without creating a profile so I did. But now all my passwords and bookmarks have disappeared. When I try to find them I am advised to load my previous profile but this is not an option the only profile I have is the one I just created with the missing data. Can you please tell me where the appropiate files are stored and how can I recover them. Thanks

The tab group suggestion feature is unavailable for me, even though I am on Firefox 145.0 (64-Bit on Windows 11 Pro 25H2). I tried using guides like [one from mozilla] https://www.askvg.com/enable-or-disable-new-ai-powered-smart-tab-groups-in-firefox/ this external about:config editing guide.

The latter does changes to the about:config. A screenshot of my settings, my config, and my Add-ons is attached.

I do not know what is wrong.

When i try to fullscreen youtube, there is a transparent border on the left and top of the window that will not go away normally. The only temporary fix I found was pressing win+d twice to get rid of it. This seems to be a reoccurring issue as this only happens on firefox and nothing else. Please let me know how to fix this permanently. I have also tried firefox safe mode and that curiously didnt have borders but even when i went out of safe mode and disabled all my extensions and cleared my cache, it didnt work.

I ran a Windows 11 Update and after I opened Firefox, it shows all the tabs that were there but each tab indicates that it's 'Crashed'. The 'Tab Crash Reporter' doesn't restore a single tab nor does it react to 'Restore all Tabs'. It looks like Firefox is NOT connecting to the web.

I'm entering this using the Edge browser.

Since a month or so, Firefox browser freezes when playing youtube videos. Simply closing the app and restarting won't do the trick, I am forced to open the WIN Task Manager and manually "end task" before I can watch youtube videos again ... until an hour later, or lucky a day later, the same drama unfolds. I run the newest version of each, Firefox and Windows 11. No new extensions or plugins have been added recently. What is to do here? I'm since Netscape on this route and would hate to switch to another browser... :-) Thanks in advance!

I lost the ability to browse using multiple tabs. I have to open multiple windows because the browser automatically goes directly to the site rather than a new tab. I've used firefox for YEARS. Must I change browsers to have this feature?

When I am on some webpages, and want to copy and paste a paragraph, of course I highlight it first -- but as of a couple of days ago, the links to pop-up boxes on the page will not highlight. If I go to the same page with Chrome, there is no problem. I can highlight links to other webpages, it is just the ones to pop-up boxes. I have checked and this problem is not machine-specific. I am on a laptop and I checked our desktop and it has the same problem. Perhaps the recent update changed something? I have attached a screenshot of a page from Ancestry.com with the problem -- on the left I have tried to highlight the whole thing, and, as you can see, the links are not highlighted, and if I copy and paste, the links do not work. I have just upgraded to version 145 and the title bar has disappeared Even though I have the Title Bar option checked in the customize firefox panel. If I uncheck the title bar option and then check the title bar option, the title bar will appear, but when I close firefox and then restart firefox the title bar is gone.
