Using Windows 11 and a recent version of Firefox, if I open a command prompt window and enter:
C:\Users\Admin\Documents>"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox Esr\firefox.exe" --help
I get nothing.
But it works if I add "| more":
C:\Users\Admin\Documents>"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox Esr\firefox.exe" --help | more

where options include:
-h or --help Print this message.

Can anyone explain why?
Is it possible to change Firefox so that it works without "| more"?
Note that the above was on my Windows 11 laptop, but I'm sending this from my Windows 7 desktop. None of the suggested topics were appropriate, so I selected the first one "Accessibility".
